Purchase from Okuhida Sake Brewery This sake brewery is within walking distance of Hida Kanayama Station. This time, they recommended to purchase by letter. I am a sucker for limited editions, so I bought it. The aroma is moderate and the taste is strong. It is dry with a clean aftertaste. I paired it with fried pork and cheese with tomato ketchup. First time drinking at Japanese Sake Festival Osaka ③. This is Okuhida-san, which I really got for the first time 😀. Second stop on the Takayama sake brewery tour. We visited Funasaka Sake Brewery. As usual, the tasting machine took care of us. I chose a junmai ginjo that seemed to suit me from the description. It was described as sweet, but I got the impression that it was medium sweet with no fruity taste. I wonder if it would be a sweet sake in this brewery's lineup? It tasted crisp.
