Since I drank it at the restaurant, I was disappointed that the bottle had been open for so long that it didn't have a shwashy feel to it.
I asked for the recommended sake and ordered it, so there was a slight sense of distrust toward the restaurant. It was my first time in the restaurant, so I guess it can't be helped.

I'm a little concerned that "Aroma Spring" is written in hiragana as "Izumi" instead of "Izumi".
I have enjoyed the Takeuchi Sake Brewery several times at the Sake Brewery Festival, and I had expected to visit there again this spring, but it is too bad that the brewery's license has been revoked.

This year was the first time I learned that Hakurei Shuzo's beloved Shuten Doji had released a Risshun Asashibori.
For a Risshun Asashibori, it was very easy to drink, and not too fishy.

I was reviewing sakewa and didn't upload a single sake from Saitama.
Hana-yosu, a wonderful sake from Saitama.
I've been drinking a lot, but I haven't uploaded any because I've been drinking too much and getting drunk...
I love lucky charms, so Tanigawa-dake zodiac labels.
The snake is cute even though it is a snake😍.
But it's a little bit scary and a little bit bitter

This sake is also easy to drink with a clean dry taste. It does not have the strong umami taste characteristic of brewed sake, and seems to be a normal junmai sake.
I appreciate the reasonable price. I like it.
I wanted to drink this sake hot, but I was told that it was served cold, so I drank it quietly! I knew it!

It does not have a strong umami, which is common in brewed sake.
It has little rice flavor, but is a dry sake that is easy to drink neatly.
The price is reasonable, so it is good for everyday evening drinking.

Basically, I don't drink brewed alcohol in pubs.
I don't drink brewed sake at izakaya because I always feel nervous about taking the risk of paying for it because of the large margin of error. I am always nervous about taking a gamble.
This Tateyama has less of the amino acid content that is unique to brewed sake, and is more like a junmai (pure rice) sake. I like it.

Sake with the sweetness of freshly squeezed rice.
I drank it while eating pickled horse mackerel with Nanbanzuke, probably the wrong pairing.
It was served cold, but I think it would probably taste better hot.
It was also good at room temperature after a little time.
