I'm a little concerned that "Aroma Spring" is written in hiragana as "Izumi" instead of "Izumi". This sake is also easy to drink with a clean dry taste. It does not have the strong umami taste characteristic of brewed sake, and seems to be a normal junmai sake. I appreciate the reasonable price. I like it. I wanted to drink this sake hot, but I was told that it was served cold, so I drank it quietly! I knew it! ⭐︎3.7

It does not have a strong umami, which is common in brewed sake. It has little rice flavor, but is a dry sake that is easy to drink neatly. The price is reasonable, so it is good for everyday evening drinking. ⭐︎3.5

Basically, I don't drink brewed alcohol in pubs. I don't drink brewed sake at izakaya because I always feel nervous about taking the risk of paying for it because of the large margin of error. I am always nervous about taking a gamble. This Tateyama has less of the amino acid content that is unique to brewed sake, and is more like a junmai (pure rice) sake. I like it. ⭐︎3.5

Sake with the sweetness of freshly squeezed rice. I drank it while eating pickled horse mackerel with Nanbanzuke, probably the wrong pairing. It was served cold, but I think it would probably taste better hot. It was also good at room temperature after a little time. ⭐︎2.8
