Since everyone around me was asking for it, I was caught and ordered it.
It is quite sweet. A little bit of sweetness lingers after drinking.
I paired it with mackerel kizushi, and I think it goes very well with vinegar & soy sauce & wasabi.
As a stand-alone sake, it might be a little harsh for those who like dry sake.

Many Junmai Daiginjos made with Yamada-Nishiki leave a bit of a sour taste after drinking, but this sake is easy to drink because it does not have a sour taste. However, this sake is easy to drink because it does not feel dull. It is sweet anyway.

Summer is the time for this sake!
I used to go all the way to Fukui every year to buy this sake, but I am very happy to know that it is now available at a local department store!
