Purchased at Kigawaya near Yamai Warehouse. I bought it because it was a special-order product of Kigawaya and rare. It has a gentle smell and dry taste, but as I tasted it, I found a deep sweetness and sourness. It is not light, but it is a slow taste that lingers in the mouth and is very tasty 😋. Jusui" recommended by a childhood friend. Gentle smell from the moment you open the bottle. It has a light amber color. I bought it at a local supermarket when I went back home. I came across it at a different store than the light nigori sake ❗️ of course I bought it immediately💕This one is 100% Snow Goddess. Alcohol 16.3%. Sake degree +5, 40% polished rice Clear color, slightly fruity aroma, deep, spicy-sweet daiginjo that makes me reach for another bottle 😊. The two 180ml bottles side by side are so cute, I can't help but smile: ☺️

I was attracted by the label and the special cultivation Tsuyahime🌾. I bought it at the supermarket when I was back home. I thought the smell of koji when I opened it was sweet, but it was clear and dry 😊The color was light nigori. Sake degree +8 🌾Alcohol 16%. Grilled Yanagi flounder with salt Pork miso soup

It has been a long time since I have had this sake. It has a slight smell when opened, clear color, and deep dry taste in the mouth. I like the sweetness that starts to appear at the bottom of the cup about halfway through 💕Happy moment 😋. Salted mackerel Pork belly wrapped with cheese and shiso Pork belly wrapped with asparagus Cold tofu with soy sauce.

Fumotoi. I bought this when I went back home. When I opened it, all ready to go, what was it? I was expecting to see a double layer. The color is clear or very light. The smell is light and the feeling in your mouth is also a bit watery for a moment! It is tangy and spicy, but it is easy to drink with a gentle touch on the tongue. I read that the alcohol content is 16% and the sake level is ➕2, so please drink it as soon as possible after opening the bottle, but after a second serving, it started to get sweet. Thank you Iburi Goko! I wonder what kind of rice (🌾) Dewa Sanzan is.

While waiting for the night bus, I stopped by an izakaya in front of the station to drink some sake 🍶. The fresh smell of the scallops and the fresh taste of the Hatsunosan on my palate made it fruity, refreshing, and delicious. Thanks to the store's wave-wave-wave-wave, even the glasses, the squares, and the plates, I checked the bus time and came back to myself💦I'll be back 💦I'll be back 💦Oh, I forgot to check a few times. 100% Dewa Tsanzan

Returned to my parents' house. My cousin gave me the first warabi (with ginger) that had had its acrid taste removed, and I drank it with my 88-year-old father. Purchased in the neighborhood. Drank it at home while polpoling green beans I boiled yesterday. Room temperature, clear color, smell of sake, no sweetness, spiciness and a faint taste of rice on the tongue. When I let it sit on my tongue, it went straight to my nose. Maybe it tastes like the sake my grandfather used to drink while watching sumo wrestling. I just put my finger in and licked it. Manufactured 25.4.xe I put it in the refrigerator and had it the next day. The sweetness and depth of the flavor when it was rolled around on the tongue was more pronounced than it was on the nose. Certainly better than yesterday. Is this possible? I am a beginner in sake 🍶.

This is the recommended sake of the day at the izakaya where I stop by when I want to eat ara-ni. It is light in color and tastes delicious around the perimeter. It is 100% Yamadanishiki with a rice polishing ratio of 55%.

When you open the cork, it is cloudy white and smells of clear koji rice. When you put it in your mouth, it is easy to drink and has an easy drinking alcohol content of 11%. When you put it in your mouth and taste it, it is sweet, but when you swallow it, the aftertaste of koji is nice and refreshing.
