I liked this sake because of its strong name. It is the sake that protected the sea of Tsugaru.

At home. This is the first time I've had sake from Hokkaido. I thought that Hokkaido's sake was more alcoholic, but it was completely different. You can feel the sweetness of the rice, and there is a bitter taste at the end. It is a refreshing type and very easy to drink. We received a lot of sake from Hokkaido, so we will try to taste and upload it little by little.

A Drink to Remember Series (5) In the early summer of 2015, I planned to take my car on a ferry to Wakkanai, Hokkaido, and when I arrived safely in Wakkanai, I had a drink at a yakitori restaurant for the first time in my life 🍶. The memory reminds me of the faint muscat-like aroma and sharp sharp sharpness 😋. The beauty of the label with the brand name, the wish behind the name "Fuyu Hanabi", and the taste of the local sake when you drink it on a trip...it was one of the reasons I became a sake lover 🎵. I still see it at Sake-no-wa from time to time, so I couldn't help but fish it out from old photos 😆. By the way, the picture was taken when I drank it with my family at the New Year's celebration after I returned from my trip. The other bottle in the picture, "Yukikirara", will be introduced another time ✨😉👍️

It's been a while since I've had sake. I don't often have a chance to drink Ehime sake, but I remembered this bottle that my aunt gave me and opened the bottle. It is a light cloudy, shwashy sake. It is sweet and slightly bitter. Delicious. I can only thank my aunt for this.

Next is Bishu Kotobuki's Kame-no-o + No. 7 Orikarami. This was also freshly opened. First, it was served cold. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a slight acidity, umami, and sweetness. It gradually finishes with a slight astringency that is typical of Kame-no-o. Next, it was served warm. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, it has a slightly robust umami and sweetness. The taste is slightly astringent, which is typical of Kame-no-o, and it gradually fades away. It tastes better when heated up too.

The first saké I had last time was a clear saké of Yumeginko from Bishu Kotobuki with No.7 yeast. It is a draft sake, but it was stored at room temperature at the store, so we served it as it was. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of banana and ripe melon. In the mouth, the sweetness and umami are again like banana and ripe melon. The flavor profile is even clearer than last time, sweet and delicious 🥰. I think this sake tastes better if you let it sit for a bit after opening. It was delicious 🍶✨

Finally, we had a bottle of Yumeginko +7 Sumi-shu. This was also freshly opened. First, it was served at room temperature. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a moderate acidity with a hint of sweetness and umami like banana or ripe melon. The flavor profile is clear, probably due to the lack of orikura. Then warmed up. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, it has a sweetness and umami like banana and ripe melon. The moderate acidity adds a nice accent. Both cold and warmed sake were delicious. I think this was also the best of the three. They have 2 types of Sumi-shu and 1 type of Oragara-mi that I haven't tried yet, so I have to go drink them 😋.

When I went to Yamaguchi on business before, I brought back a bottle of sake I'd never had before, just for the sake of it. Yamatohka: Sake made with rice from the Saito Shizuku Sake made with Yamaguchi's sake rice, Saito no Shizuku Taneda Yamatohka was born in Hofu and once lived in Ogori (around Shin-Yamaguchi station now?). (Around Shin-Yamaguchi station now?). Looks a little yellow. It's a little yellow in color. It's a little sour, but you can taste the rice. But you can taste the rice flavor, not sweet but tasty. This is delicious 😋. On the second day, it tasted even better 😋😋😋😋. The third one is a statue of Santoka in front of the station (a bit backlit)

Three staggering drunks strolling to the next restaurant🐾🐈🐾 We drank only our favorites at the first restaurant, so the second one was Aomori sake (๑🍶๑🍶🍶´-) Yum! Fruity! I decided to go to ❣️ because I had never had it before and because of the words "fruity". Exactly! Aomori means scallops 🥰. This is the first time I actually ate them there 🎶. It tastes gentler than the ones I make myself ☺️ I'll use it as a reference for the next time I make it.

Kaze no Bon Yamahai Honjozo Autumn Agari Fukutsuru Sake Brewery in Yatsuo. After this, the image is still there, but I have no memory of the taste 💦. Here are the comments from the sake shop While it has a light, dry tone, it has a richness and umami that can be felt well. It is a sake with a good balance of five tastes.

Natsuta Fuyuzo works in the rice paddies in summer and in the warehouse in winter. This is my first time to try the KAME-NO-IO sake rice. 😃 It was very elegant, with a deep and delicate flavor. Plus, the mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing at the end of the drink 🙂 I paired it with grilled fish and it goes well😇. It's a lost one in my book 👍

Today we are going out for a drink. This izakaya is a rare izakaya where you can eat a lot of vegetables 😁The sashimi is also reasonably priced with sea bream and swordfish. They sell vegetables, so they have a large selection of vegetable-based soft drinks. They mainly have local Shizuoka sake, but they also have a lot of Omuraya sake from the famous Omuraya brewery, which is famous for Wakatake and Onna no Nyokase 🧐 This is the first time I've had anything from this brewery. Today's sake was Oni Otome. I was in the mood for a sweet sake. The flavor was full and spreading. It is delicious 😋. We had it with sashimi, tempura, and meat rolls!
