I went to a health checkup today, and went to a nearby liquor store that sells good sake, and found this Arabashiri. I opened the bottle right away. The first sip was fruity and sweet with a touch of acidity, but the second sip was bitter with a touch of acidity. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I like the taste ☺️. Delicious💕!

7/10 Assemblage 5 with a "I can't write anymore" feeling. So this means I drank from 2 to 5. The taste is definitely different from 3 and 4, but the image of complexity with layers of flavor remains the same. There is no doubt that it is an interesting sake, and I understand that it is unique. If I were to speak of simple preference, the reserve was delicious. I hope that this sake will continue to be a Toyama sake without becoming too rounded.

At a ryokan in Chita Peninsula, Aichi Prefecture. After toasting with beer and refilling several beer mugs, we had our first glass of Michisakari chilled. I stopped by the brewery for the first time in a while. I used to have a special fire-brewed junmai and a sake called "Mariko no shu" which is named after the female toji (master brewer?). Both were quite dry, classical sake. Both were quite dry classical sake, and I had the impression, for better or worse, that this is what local sake is supposed to be like. This was probably my first nigori sake, but it looked delicious, so I bought some! I wondered if the beautiful woman at the sales counter was Mariko herself? It has a classical aroma with a banana feel. It is more of a hint than a standing aroma. It has a classical taste and is dry, but you can drink it by itself if you want! It is very easy to drink because it has a lot of turbidity, which gives it a strong umami flavor and makes it easy to taste the sweetness. I drank it with kimchi nabe (kimchi stew), and I think it goes well with strong flavors and nabe dishes! It also seems to go well with meat, and I am sure it would go well with ginger-grilled pork or chicken steak. I imagine it is like Kikuhime nigori or Tamagawa nigori! To be honest, I think it's one of the best in the Koshu Plum Grove, so I'd be happy to buy a bottle and drink it slowly. It can probably be stored at room temperature until early spring.

I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳. It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷. The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊. It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛. It was delicious. It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.

I drank WAKAZE for the first time. It is a white wine with strong acidity and a little sweetness.... I've had it for drinking out of doors, Edo Kaijo! Is it brewed in Shiba, Minato-ku? Dry! Is the alcohol content high? I thought it would be 14 degrees. I vaguely thought it might be 17 degrees since it was labeled as a pure sake, but..., But I was wrong, Well, it is no wonder I felt that way. It tasted sharp.
