At a corner store at Tsuchiura station.
It has a nice, refreshing sweetness. It is sharp and easy to drink. Elegant alcohol aroma and moderate acidity. It is a good sake.
First lunchtime drinking on a weekday off in a long time.
At a yakiton restaurant in Okachimachi.
This place used to be a branch of "Nishiguchi Yakiton" in Asakusabashi.
Sake from Ibaraki Prefecture,
Honjozo Nama-genshu from Mizufu boast,
Vice Shogun Nigori Sake.
It is a good nigori sake, moderately smooth and nice.
Pair with Shiro, Tan, and Kashira.
I found a sake stand🍶.
Tonight it is Mito's Vice General.
It's another brand of Mizu-fu boast, and it's Junmai Ginjo!
Yes, it smells like sake!
Medium to dry, with a lot of rice flavor!
It is easy to drink!
It's a little bit out of my taste, but
I think you can enjoy it without any problem even if it is served at a sake party.
I think you can enjoy it without any problem.

One bottle on a business trip to Ibaraki2🍶.
Calm aroma and a refreshing taste after the first impression of strong acidity. The aftertaste is a bit dry while still being mellow.
It is quite sweet, but the aftertaste is clean and easy to drink. There is a slight tanginess to it. It is a nice summery sake. It is best served cold. I think it goes well with fatty fish such as tuna sashimi.

According to a sake girl who happened to be drinking at the counter,
Sake beginner girls are not good at this sourness.
What a waste!
