We got almost the bottom of the bottle🍶.
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of richness.
In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and a full-bodied flavor with a hint of millet sugar.
The finish is crisp and refreshing, as is typical of Aomori sake.
Last year it was very light, perhaps because the rice was too hard, but this year it is very good 😊 (sorry to sound so arrogant).
