It's just the two of us on the second day of our trip. We started the day with a beer toast! After the second beer, my wife had beer and I had sake, cold yesterday and hot this time! I think it was the highest temperature! Not much aroma. Not much aroma, but the mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink without getting stuck in your throat! It was a perfect match for a kaiseki meal. It was a hit with my wife. By the way, our trip to Izu was the same as last year! The hot springs are great!

On the first day of GW, the 29th, I purchased sake that goes well with meat 🥩. It's a collaboration product of Kumamoto's sake brewery "Zuitaka" and "Gullitcheu Fukushima" wrote the label. It's a dark, strong tasting sake that goes well with meat 👍️. I forgot to take a picture but the char-grilled chicken sold as a set is really hard 🤣.
