I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳. It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷. The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊. It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛. It was delicious. It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.

And if you mix it with Wilson lemon, it becomes refreshing and easy to drink ✨. It came in handy in the summer when I wanted to drink very much ☺️

I wanted to drink it on the rocks on the day the rainy season ended, so I opened the bottle. ☀️ I paired it with frozen Genghis Khan that I brought back from Tono. It's well separated, so I shook it lightly before putting it in ice 🧊. It's less lactic than I thought it would be, and it's very spicy and thick, but it's cold and refreshing and delicious 🤤. I will close my Gunma trip with "Akagisan" and "Funao Taki"! Sweet and sugary aroma like sugar.
