#Drinking at home The spiciness, sweet umami, and moderate acidity come quickly, and while enjoying the aftertaste, the bitterness comes unexpectedly. It is similar to the first sake released from the brewery, but I think this one has a clearer outline. I think Doukan is stable in its line of slightly sweet umakuchi at first and finishes with bitterness. Like Okura and Tamagawa, if the direction of the flavor is consistent, we can drink it with peace of mind. Anyway, Shiga sake is generally very tasty.

Purchased on a business trip to Tokyo to try it. Almost a year later, I finally opened the bottle. It is sweet, with a hint of acidity, maybe the work of wine yeast. Finally, the rice flavor tastes like Koshihikari from Tango. Bats for sure. The 22nd year was brewed with Italian rice called Carnaroli, which I wanted to drink.

I've been wanting to try some nigori sake lately 😆. I saw it in the store yesterday, went to buy it today, and was supposed to open it tomorrow... but I couldn't wait, so I opened it today and drank it 😅! There are many nigorizakes out there, but this one is Junmai! It has a nice crackle and a nice "umami and gentle sweetness" of the rice 😻🎉. Originally I was thinking of the 3x Domu from the same brewery, but I was so taken with the Junmai that I decided to go with this one. I'm not sure if I'd be able to do that, but I'm sure I'd be able to do it.

Sake filled only with Domuro-roasted rice. Slightly effervescent. It has a rich sweetness, but the alcohol taste is a little strong at the end.... The official online store of Endo Sake Brewery is formatted like a mail order site for health foods and supplements 🤣. Maybe it tastes better at higher temperatures? Nutty and caramel type sweetness comes out.

The clerk at the liquor store recommended this sake to me if I liked it sweet. Indeed, it was a perfect strike! My partner and I said in unison, "Delicious! I said in unison. At first, the sourness is strong and tingling, but when you swallow it, the aroma of rice escapes from your nose, and there is a faint sweet aftertaste. If you are not a fan of sake, this is a sake you should try. Wakaha Shuzo is the best!

I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳. It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷. The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊. It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛. It was delicious. It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.

I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities. The National Diet building is beautiful with gingko trees in full color. I was surprised that it didn't smell like ginkgo. It is as expected. I went to a restaurant whose name I remember for the first time in a long time. There are a lot of gingko nuts, so I chose the ones I don't think I would buy by myself. Oh, it's full and sweet. It's just the two of us on the second day of our trip. We started the day with a beer toast! After the second beer, my wife had beer and I had sake, cold yesterday and hot this time! I think it was the highest temperature! Not much aroma. Not much aroma, but the mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink without getting stuck in your throat! It was a perfect match for a kaiseki meal. On the first day of GW, the 29th, I purchased sake that goes well with meat 🥩. It's a collaboration product of Kumamoto's sake brewery "Zuitaka" and "Gullitcheu Fukushima" wrote the label. A bottle purchased on a trip to Saga Aroma like old sake, like rice bran - then mineral aroma Soft sweetness without acidity and a round mouthfeel. A hint of vanilla in the nose I think this would be even better if it were heated up. But even though it's air-conditioned, it's still hot in the middle of summer. The website says "lukewarm or hot heating is recommended"! I had no choice but to drink it. ❗️ I drink it with a sake cup that my eldest son gave me! Sake temperature: 45 degrees. The fermentation smell is gone and the aroma is not strong. In the mouth, the soft sweetness is still there, but the thickness has increased and there is not much acidity. The sweetness slowly lingers on the tongue. This is delicious. ❗️ I want to drink it slowly without snacks on a long autumn night!

Souvenirs from Saga 🤗No.1 The top aroma is like red miso or buckwheat flower honey, the type I haven't tasted recently. 〰︎ As the temperature loosens up, it has a fruity bitter chocolate flavor with a strong acidity 😚 I thought I remember smelling that aroma of BASE BREAD chocolate somewhere 😚 It seems to be a slightly classical rich dry type, but it had an interesting flavor........ Saga, Saga Prefecture, Japan. Saga Brewery Co. Umenomado Special Junmai 3㌥ I tasted and bought this at the Sake Expo held at the Kintetsu Main Store in Abeno Harukas. I actually had it yesterday, but since it is a special junmai, I compared the two. We will drink it cold. The color is clear and almost colorless. The top aroma is mild and not very noticeable. The taste has a robust rice flavor, sweetness, and a nutty, chocolate-like complexity. It is rich and mellow, but compared to Saka, it has a more traditional country-style flavor. The aroma on the nose is bitter and chocolatey. By the second day, the chocolaty flavor has settled down, and a clear, mineral, full flavor emerges, making it easier to drink. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius
