Corner shop at the mysterious cheese shop (2) Since the corner drinking at this restaurant is self-serve, we discovered an unopened bottle of Moridori when searching the refrigerator! I entrusted it to Mr. Nemuchi, a professional corker 😁. I drank a lot of dry sake at an off-line meeting the other day and I'm in the mode that I can drink some dry sake, right? I'm in a mode that some things are dry, so I drank it. It's definitely dry, but it's delicious with a nice sweetness and gasiness 😁.

Purchased at a liquor store specializing in Hyogo sake with mofu. There were many people drinking sake in the store and the atmosphere was bizarre. When I asked the store staff if it was an event, he told me that they were people who had come from Ozeki's brewery open at a nearby store. The smell of squid filled the air, and the waiter said he was sorry for the smell 🤣. This sake is brewed with salvia yeast collected by students at an agricultural high school. The aftertaste is sweet and tingly, reminiscent of canned fruit syrup. As you get used to drinking it, you can taste the bitterness. Outweighs the sweetness of the roll cake. After eating the roll cake, you feel the sourness and this is delicious. I want to drink it thick and sweet and sip it little by little. If you add ice, you get sourness and bitterness. When it is warmed up, the strong sweetness is drawn out and changes to a gentle taste, and after the slight sweetness and sourness, it seems to seep in. It is delicious. I couldn't finish my drink.

The first challenge for the first Bodai yeast sake is the sake from Nara, the birthplace of Bodai yeast 🕺🏻. Takacho 🦅❗️ from Aburicho Sake Brewery, well known for Kaze no Mori 🕺🏻. I got this one because it's only available in April! The label is so cool 👍! I thought it might be a bit peculiar since it's made from the Muromachi period, but it's not as sour as I thought it would be, and it's full-bodied and tasty while also giving off a unique flavor😳. I was expecting it to be a bit peculiar, but it was not as acidic as I thought it would be, and it was delicious with a unique flavor and richness 😳. It is rated -34 on the sake scale, but it is not too sweet and can be drunk easily 😋. Different from Kaze no Mori, this one was delicious too! I think I'll try another Bodai Hashimoto Sake 😋!
