Slightly melon-like finish The same subdued, fruity aroma as the first sip, with a hint of vanilla and a hint of azuki beans, soft sweetness and umami of rice spreading with a refreshing acidity, and finishing gently with a hint of bitterness and a slight spiciness from the alcohol. Elegant and well-balanced, it is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own. My friend's nickname is Tama-chan and his wife's maiden name is Izumi, so he chose this sake as a pun. It went well with Italian-style grilled salmon with foil, stewed sweet potato, chilled tofu, and squid cod roe.

The oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka, Ohga Shuzo, has created a GABAGABAHEY raw sake. At the first sip, the fresh and rich rice flavor typical of nama-shu spreads. Kansai Sake-new year party ㉔ After a short cab ride, we went to Chuin-san, familiar to us from Aladdin-san's post. Inokashira, a sake I had never heard of until now😅. The rice used is Hitogokochi. I think it was fresh, fruity and gently sweet 🤔.

Here's the last GW drink we had It was a sake brewery I knew nothing about. This sake was sold as a summer draft sake by the Japan Meimon Shukai. It seems it was the first sake from this year to be released as a Meimon Sake Kai sake. Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture, Sake meter value +3, No. 9 yeast Citrusy aroma. The impression is that it is quite sweet and has a rich umami flavor, making it very drinkable. It is not a modern type of sake, but it is quite drinkable. A little acidic? It's hard to drink by itself... It's hard to drink if you don't drink it while eating. I was looking up information on this sake and happened to find out that a liquor store in my neighborhood has started a social networking site 😳.

(- 迭- )🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I got a sake called Chushingura that I got as a gift 😀 It says it's first shibori-nama-shu but it was aged at room temperature for more than 6 months 🤣Strong style 🔥💪🏾 but I chilled it before drinking 👀. The aroma is mild🤔. When you put it in your mouth, the rich flavor of rice 🌾 spreads in your mouth 😊👍and it has a nice sharpness so it's a very drinkable sake 😚👌. I don't know about the original raw, but this is a delicious sake 🥳.

Tonight, it's Hochotsuuru from Yamaguchi Prefecture in the 8th installment of our first series & muddy pick ✨. 100% Yamadanishiki, 50% polished rice, 17% alcohol by volume 🍶 Almost no gas when the bottle is opened. The aroma has a gentle sugary sweetness, and the mouthfeel is characterized by a sweet flavor and a soft sake quality. When mixed with the lees, it is milky without lactic acidity🥛 and full-bodied with a spicy taste😋😋😋😋.

I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities. The National Diet building is beautiful with gingko trees in full color. I was surprised that it didn't smell like ginkgo. It is as expected. The general meeting at the end of last month was held at a local grand hotel, and the sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai from the Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery. The sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai by Kikunoji Sake Brewery. It is not sticky-sweet, but rather light and easy to drink.
