I saw the label "Super dry Junmai Daiginjo..." and I was afraid 🫣.

Back in May 11, 2022, a fire destroyed a sake brewery that was registered as a tangible cultural property of Japan. After the fire was extinguished, the precious sake remained in the refrigerator....
The paper label is very wrinkled.
I wonder how it survived...
Tsubu-chan heard the news at the time and went there within a few days 🚗 You can see how hard it was from the past logs 🥹.

Shinshu Kamerei
Shinshu Kamerei is one of the most popular sake in Japan, and I have been missing it for a long time! Freshness and calm sweetness. It is a very beautiful sake. I like it.
Screaming for a handsome soil.
Love at first sight. I felt like I was betrayed in a good way by the flavor I got from the label and naming. Fruity, with a little bit of a schwarziness. A little sweetness and acidity from crushed grapes. I love it.
Yui Yui, a handsome young man.
Sake that survived the painful event. It is deeply moving.
It is fruity, but you can feel the umami of the rice and its strength.
All of them are delicious.
But when there is a thought behind it, it tastes even better.

Beta Alanine: from the northern part of the prefecture, she has an amazing sake history of 249 Tochigi sake bottles (as of 7/31) out of 583 contributions to SAKEWA ❗️ and also has a thick chest plate built up from muscle training 💪 She is very knowledgeable about sake, sake breweries and female toji 😆👍.
Als-san: He is from Utsunomiya city and has a young appearance with a child in the third grade of high school, but he shares his extensive knowledge of sake with us in a calm and relaxed manner. ☺️
YasuSake-san: From Sakura-city, he is the youngest member of Tochigi Kenmin Kai ‼️ and he has a beautiful heart 🤗 He calls J&N his ideal couple 🥰.

If we were allowed to bring Reimei, we thought it would be OK to bring something else. So we decided to bring the Shinshu Kamerei we got in Nagano. However, we decided to keep quiet this time because we thought that if we told everyone at the last minute the day before, they would be upset 🤫.

I contacted her on line at a rude timing, the evening of the day before, but she graciously accepted and consulted with her husband, who was very generous to bring 3 bottles on the day 🥹.
One of the bottles is "Shouting to the Earth" which you can see here ❗️ for the first time 🤗.
Tsubu family can get both fresh and fire-brewed, and this time they brought the fire-brewed one!
I think it was the kind of sake that makes you want to scream to the dirt 😍just like that 😆.
To sum it up... it's delicious!
I was so engrossed in the conversation that I didn't take any notes on the taste 😅.
Oh, and I see that Tsubu has already posted this story 😆 🤣.

Following the Kiri number celebration by Bousuke and Piro, we, J&N, have finally achieved the national conquest in Reimei: ㊗️🎉.
This Reimei! I got it from Nobby's brother. I had asked for it as a souvenir when he went on his trip to Okinawa this year, but I couldn't find it then and gave up 🥲...but when I met him the other day, he said he couldn't find it in Okinawa and was frustrated so he went looking for it....eeek😳 Wow! I'm so happy ‼️ 🥹!
But looking at the Sake-no-wa ratings, it looks like it would be hard for two people to drink together 😅It looks like you guys are not buried in Okinawa, so this would be a WIN-WIN if we drink at the Kenmin Kai 😆 so I brought it to you!
