Hometown Sake
300ml as a souvenir from back home
It was sharp and sweet on the first sip
I finished it on the second day.
To the end of the world.
To the unchanged gentle hometown sake

Now, he is dashing up the stairs alone. I will keep my eyes firmly fixed on his backside, which will soon become smaller and smaller.
Congratulations on your coming of age!
Hosui's Yamahai Junmai.
Hosui is the brewery where Mr. Yamakami, the current toji at Sanko Masamune, met Mr. Takagaki, and when Mr. Takagaki moved to Sanko Masamune, his apprentice, Mr. Yamakami, moved with him.
Hosui sake is not sold in the Kanto area, so we ordered it from them.
The first aroma is rich and sweet with a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, it has a rich sweet flavor with a good lactic acidity.
It has a rich but clean sake quality with no cloying taste.
When warmed up, the sweetness expands and the acidity rises, which is also delicious.
It is similar to the mellow, sweet and sour Tamagawa (Aneshu😽) sake, which is also delicious 😋.
Next time I will buy it in a bottle 🍶✨️
Hello, Matsuchiyo-san! Thank you for ordering sake from my hometown. I drank it right here in my hometown this New Year's 🍶 It is deep and warm, the pride of my hometown 😄.
The second Shikoku souvenir!
A limited edition sake made by a sake shop in Takamatsu in cooperation with a brewery.
I bought it because I heard it tastes good warmed up even though it's a draft sake!
Drinking it cold, it's refreshing!
Warmed up, it has a lot of sweetness and umami from the rice!
Great sake!
HOSUI SHUZO
HOSUI Daiginjo
This brewery is located in Igawa-cho, Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 40% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture.
Refreshing aroma, soft rice flavor
The overall balance is good, and it has a crisp finish.
Well-balanced and crisp aftertaste.
#Japanese Sake
It has the freshness that only new sake can have 😁.
It's alu-sweetened, so it's refreshing ☝️
But the alcohol content is high at 20 degrees because it's a pure sake 😆.
But it's easy to drink so I drink it 😁.
This is intoxicating 😊.
Hello again, Kano-san.
I remember drinking Yoshimizu at a sushi restaurant I used to go to a few years ago: ⤴️
It was so good that it made my sake go up 😅.
I haven't had it in a while 😊.
I went to Tokushima City via Awaji Island to celebrate the day before my wife's birthday.
Since we came here at an opportune moment, we had a chance to try Tokushima's local sake.
I have been drinking only junmai sake recently, but this is the first honjozo sake I have had in a long time.
It has a sweet and delicious taste with a slight aftertaste.
Fried scallops were served with it.
Good evening, soumacho.
Happy birthday eve to your wife 🎉.
I used to get Yoshimizu about 10 years ago at a local sushi restaurant 🍣.
I remember it went well with the meal 🎵
Enjoy Kochi tomorrow 😊.
Good evening, ma-ki-.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
I have not had much luck with Tokushima sake,
The full swing and clean aftertaste of Hosui was new to me personally.
I've only recently become swamped with sake, so I feel like I'm missing out 😵.
I drank a local Tokushima sake, Hosui!
It has a clear, clean, slightly melon-like taste, with a great balance of acidity, sweetness, and flavor, and is extremely delicious!
It's no surprise, but I was surprised that the taste was completely different from the honjozo sake my grandfather often drank!
