☀️ Masamune Hunter Goes to the Tochigi Prefectural Association: ❗️ As posted by the Tochigi Kenmin Kai, I was able to attend the Tochigi Kenmin Kai that I have been longing for 🤩. Thank you all for your warm welcome 🙇‍♂️ If I had to give you one bottle out of the many I drank, it would of course be this one: ❗️ Dora-san & Tsubu-chan brought in a surprise bottle of Masamune for the Masamune hunters 🎁✨. Thank you again, Dora-san & Tsubu-chan ❣️ We are very proud to be Masamune hunters 😭. Let's open the bottle 🍶! Slight sweetness and Junmai-like rice flavor 🌾. It has an alcohol sensation and after swallowing it, you will feel a burning sensation in your throat. I thought 🤔 that it would go well with hot sake, and everyone commented that it looks good for hot sake 😄 ♨️ I was so glad to see people who enjoy drinking sake on a regular basis. I was happy to feel the sympathy of the same kind 🤣. We had about half of a bottle left, so we were allowed to take it home 😆. So, at home, I heated up the sake: ♨️ The sweetness is almost gone and the alcohol feeling has faded 🤔. The hackles are stronger and the skittish sensation through the nose is up⤴️ Sweetness is visible in the aftertaste. This is definitely a good choice for heated sake ♨️ 🤗 Nice Masamune👍 Thanks Masamune🙏!

So many things happened last Saturday 😳The last post was more like a synopsis 😅 so I'll recap Saturday night in a bit! At Hiro's request, I called Kurata-san and he said "I can't prepare sashimi or anything, but the seats are okay" 🚌 so we headed to the sacred place. We contacted each other at 3pm and had drinks together at 5pm 😋I think that's the shortest record ⏱️ for people we've never met before and never talked to before 😆. And after the toast we had Yamagata Masamune👍. After that, as you can see in the picture, we enjoyed Tsuru no Tomo → Amami → Azuma Tsuru → Banshu Ikkyo → Eiko Fuji → Akabu Jade → sweet to spicy and many more 😚. We were talking about Hiro-san's sake life and other things, and I was talking to the teacher about how empty bottles and empty boxes of Jyushiyo could be worth a lot of money if sold ‼️. I heard the sound of a cork opening from the counter. and I heard the sound of a cork opening from the counter, "I only want to serve one glass to someone who will be happy to drink it 🤗"! At the end, Hiro-san gave me a "Nice Masamune👍towel" as a souvenir! Thank you Hiro-san😄! We came in after 5pm and had a party for more than 3 hours, but we were the only 3 guests during that time 😅. I can't wait to do the Kenmin-kai and contribute to the sales of "Kurata-san" 😆.

☀️ We met up with Jay & Nobby near the train station 😄. It was a sudden turn of events, but we are extremely grateful to both of them for welcoming us together 🙏. After we were kamaed with Naisho towels, we had a conversation about where we were going. We requested "Kurata Shoten", a sacred place for Tochigi citizens' association. We arrived after a bumpy bus ride. We were chewing "This is a sacred place, isn't the aura of ...... amazing...? I had a great time drinking and talking with the two of them and also with the rumored teacher 🥰. Since it was a sudden visit, it was not convenient for me to meet the other members of the Prefectural Association, but I hope to see them again next time 🙇‍♂️ Thank you Jay & Nobby for welcoming us on such short notice. We hope to have you with us again. ☺️ Thank you for a great time 🙇‍♂️

I don't know where to start, but a lot happened on Saturday 🤗. First of all, we took the bus and walked to Bunraku to go to the tasting we were looking forward to! On the way, we checked the sake tasting, and found a reply from Hiro, a Masamune hunter, saying that he was going to the sake event in Oyama. We arrived at Yodogawa Sake Shop at the same time! After about three rounds of tasting, I heard a young couple behind me asking me if I was going to buy one. I turned around and saw Mr. Ars from the Kenmin Kai 😳 We cheered and chatted for a while after meeting each other for the first time in a while😄. We ended up buying two bottles so I'll tell you more about it then 👋. We got in touch with Hiro-san and decided to meet up in Utsunomiya on short notice ‼️ but Ars-san was in too much of a hurry 😅 and couldn't make his schedule 😩. He was waiting for us at a corner bar east of the station and we were a little late to meet 🤗Nice Masamune towel, easy to understand 😆. Then we took him to Kurata-san, the sacred place of the Kenmin-kai 🤗We said hi to the teacher and toasted with Yukimi-san's summer sake 🥂 which was delicious 😋. Now, let the fun party begin! I'm so happy 🥹 that it's the first pink label brewed in 6 years! The sourness and sweetness are emphasized 🍓It has a cute taste that reminds me of strawberry drop 🍓 It is delicious with a clean aftertaste 😚 It was also served to the master and customers and we all enjoyed its deliciousness together 😊. The cake in the photo, a local sake cake (sake financier) with Shinshu Kamerei Junmai-shu, was also a gift from Dora-san for the girls' party. I've never had such a juicy financier before, it's so moist, elegant and delicious! Thank you, Tsubu-chan & Dora-san, for your thoughtfulness 🥹Thank you for the food!

I've seen this at Sake-no-Wa, but I don't know where I can find it. I'm not sure where I'd find it 🥹. The taste is almost transparent, with just a hint of ori (ori) floating from the bottom of the bottle, and the mouth is full of the freshness of the unpasteurized sake. A little bit of pineapple? The aroma is full of freshness, and the mouth is full of freshness, with a slight sweetness that is delicious. It also has a sharpness with a gentle bitterness and acidity that is refreshing and pleasant 😚.
