Today is Yoshimizu.
The label reflecting the Kazura Bridge in Iya, Miyoshi City, Tokushima, is a cup of sake from Yoshimizu.
A sip or two of this dry sake, served cold, combined with the label, makes you feel as if you are enjoying a refreshing forest bath. It is quite delicious.
The rest of the sake was served hot to enjoy more of the sake character. It's not too fizzy, but clean and elegant ✨.
Traditional Japanese Sake, awesome 🍶.
Only 4 more to go before I conquer the whole country ❕.
The first sake I drank in Tokushima
I was told by a shopkeeper that Tokushima ranks last in the nation in sake shipments.
I thought it was a shame for such an easy-drinking sake.
🌾Nihonharu from Tokushima Prefecture 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Kyouei, a local supermarket in Tokushima. It seems to be a standard cup sake in Tokushima. It has added sugar, but has a delicious flavor that goes well with sashimi.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
The last one is also warmed up, Hosui's raw sake.
The delicious taste of rice spreads gradually.
It was a well balanced sake. 🙆♂️
We had it with pork miso soup and it was delicious 😋.
