I saw the label "Super dry Junmai Daiginjo..." and I was afraid 🫣.
The aroma is mild and dry, but the umami is also very tasty and seems to be good as a mid-meal drink. The flavor combined with ingredients such as pickled mackerel (heshiko), puffer fish roe, and bonito went well with the sake. 👍🏻

Tsubu-chan sent sake 🤩 for reconstruction support
Back in May 11, 2022, a fire destroyed a sake brewery that was registered as a tangible cultural property of Japan. After the fire was extinguished, the precious sake remained in the refrigerator....
The paper label is very wrinkled.
I wonder how it survived...
Tsubu-chan heard the news at the time and went there within a few days 🚗 You can see how hard it was from the past logs 🥹.

Shinshu Kamerei
Shinshu Kamerei is one of the most popular sake in Japan, and I have been missing it for a long time! Freshness and calm sweetness. It is a very beautiful sake. I like it.
Screaming for a handsome soil.
Love at first sight. I felt like I was betrayed in a good way by the flavor I got from the label and naming. Fruity, with a little bit of a schwarziness. A little sweetness and acidity from crushed grapes. I love it.
Yui Yui, a handsome young man.
Sake that survived the painful event. It is deeply moving.
It is fruity, but you can feel the umami of the rice and its strength.
All of them are delicious.
But when there is a thought behind it, it tastes even better.
That's why I want to connect with people who love sake and Japanese sake.

Well, it's a little sweet, with what kind of acidity...soft ripe aroma, a little bittersweet, a little bit unique but firm taste.

Beta Alanine: from the northern part of the prefecture, she has an amazing sake history of 249 Tochigi sake bottles (as of 7/31) out of 583 contributions to SAKEWA ❗️ and also has a thick chest plate built up from muscle training 💪 She is very knowledgeable about sake, sake breweries and female toji 😆👍.
Als-san: He is from Utsunomiya city and has a young appearance with a child in the third grade of high school, but he shares his extensive knowledge of sake with us in a calm and relaxed manner. ☺️
YasuSake-san: From Sakura-city, he is the youngest member of Tochigi Kenmin Kai ‼️ and he has a beautiful heart 🤗 He calls J&N his ideal couple 🥰.

First of all, I was thrilled that 11 of us were able to get together through our common hobby of drinking, and that we were able to easily get to know each other and have a great time. ❗️ Thank you very much for all your preparation, from planning to staging. If we were allowed to bring Reimei, we thought it would be OK to bring something else. So we decided to bring the Shinshu Kamerei we got in Nagano. However, we decided to keep quiet this time because we thought that if we told everyone at the last minute the day before, they would be upset 🤫.

I contacted her on line at a rude timing, the evening of the day before, but she graciously accepted and consulted with her husband, who was very generous to bring 3 bottles on the day 🥹.
One of the bottles is "Shouting to the Earth" which you can see here ❗️ for the first time 🤗.
Tsubu family can get both fresh and fire-brewed, and this time they brought the fire-brewed one!
I think it was the kind of sake that makes you want to scream to the dirt 😍just like that 😆.
To sum it up... it's delicious!
I was so engrossed in the conversation that I didn't take any notes on the taste 😅.

Following the Kiri number celebration by Bousuke and Piro, we, J&N, have finally achieved the national conquest in Reimei: ㊗️🎉.
This Reimei! I got it from Nobby's brother. I had asked for it as a souvenir when he went on his trip to Okinawa this year, but I couldn't find it then and gave up 🥲...but when I met him the other day, he said he couldn't find it in Okinawa and was frustrated so he went looking for it....eeek😳 Wow! I'm so happy ‼️ 🥹!
But looking at the Sake-no-wa ratings, it looks like it would be hard for two people to drink together 😅It looks like you guys are not buried in Okinawa, so this would be a WIN-WIN if we drink at the Kenmin Kai 😆 so I brought it to you!

The 3rd Sake-no-wa Tochigi Prefectural Meeting: ‼️
The members this time are Piro and Bousuke who joined for the first time, Beta Alanin, Ars and YasuSake who joined for the second time, Kotori, Nanoha and Higu who joined for the first time, and Tsubu and J&N who joined in full.
The place was reserved by Kurata as usual 😊.

Taste? Yes, it was delicious 😆! It was delicious 😆.
I love this warm atmosphere of the Kenmin-kai, where even people you meet for the first time can get to know each other in seconds😍.
This time, Bosuke's 300 CI and Piro's 500 CI were achieved in the Kenmin Kai, and it was great that we could all celebrate together 😊.
And on the way to the meeting, we changed seats by a raffle draw that Nobby had prepared! We all had a lot of fun and talked at every table and the drinks kept flowing 🤗.
