I am convinced that it is absolutely delicious, Mikotsuru's active nigori! I went home to share it with my family 🥂. The rice used was Yamae Nishiki. It is refreshing with a slight carbonation and a thick, fine texture on the tongue. ✨️ It has a juicy, sweet and sour taste that is typical of Yamae Nishiki, and can be drunk like a juice without feeling heavy at all. It became empty in an instant☺.

I was curious about the brand name of Kutsugake Sake Brewery in Ueda City. Mutual. Junmai Ginjyo with Hitogokochi, light nigori (light nigori). Saku Sightseeing Part 2 After purchasing Kame-no-umi, we went to Usuda station and walked a little to Saku-no-Hana Sake Brewery. I bought this sake, which was recommended as a refreshing sake in this hot season! The rice used was Hitogokochi, and the yeast was Nagano D yeast. The aroma is fruity, with a hint of melon or muscat. It has a slightly chili pepper flavor with a sweet mouthfeel! However, the bitterness and acidity in the latter half of the bottle make it easy to drink without feeling too sweet. ✨️ I enjoyed it because it is a sake that can be enjoyed as a mealtime sake. Chikuma River flows nearby, and on the other side of the river is a strange rocket-shaped observatory 🚀.

Saku Sightseeing Part 1 The weather was so nice that I wondered where the rainy season had gone (too nice 💦), so I toured shrines, temples, and warehouses. The first Kame no Umi was a summer sake called Semishigure. Junmai Ginjo-shu made from Hitogokochi with a slightly low alcohol content of 13 degrees. It has a refreshing lemon-like aroma with a crisp acidity and a full-bodied sweetness. ✨️ It goes in easily without any resistance... This is the kind of sake that makes you drink too much of it!

I've heard a lot about Ueda's Yamazan recently. I drank a little Hitogokochi light nigori a while ago, and this is the second time I've had it. Junmai Ginjyo unfiltered unpasteurized sake made with Yamae-Nishiki. The aroma is like tropical fruit with a mellow sweetness. The mouthfeel is very sharp and pleasantly gaseous and refreshing, just like the Yamazan I had before. However, the Yamae-Nishiki this time has a characteristic full-bodied rice flavor in the aftertaste, which is wonderful! The acidity and bitterness accentuate and satisfy. ✨️ I felt something that cannot be described by just an easy drinking sake☺.

I enjoyed the activated nigori sake from Suwa Gokura and Yokobue very much last year 🍶. I'm glad I was able to buy a four-pack because I was only able to buy a 300ml bottle when I came here in August before 😄. The aroma is definitely yogurt! This bottle was purchased at the Okaya City Toshimaya Brewery Birabiraki that was held yesterday. It is made from Yamada Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture. PÉTILLANT is French for slightly sparkling, so we opened the bottle with a pop! It has a pleasant gasiness on the palate. It is juicy and sweet, with a fullness in the second half, and is easy to drink! It's a 300ml bottle, so it was instantaneous✨. At the tasting, you pay a fee and get a "Masu" (a sake cup), which allows you to drink as much as you want of a wide variety of sake as you like! I drank too much of the limited edition sake, summer sake, and a very expensive Junmai Daiginjo 🌀.
