Special junmai bitter label with coffee bean pattern ☕ It has a very nice and calm fruity aroma 😌It is very clean and refreshing to drink and gives a very beautiful impression. ✨️ When the sake is still on the tongue, there is a lingering umami and acidity, and when it is gone, the bitterness suddenly arrives! Sake I chose because I thought it could be enjoyed warmed up. This time I chose a sake from the Saiya Sake Brewery in Akita Prefecture called "Yukino Kayasha". Yamahai Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi from Saiya Sake Brewery in Akita Prefecture. The mellow mouthfeel was followed by a beautiful acidity that spread out. As the acidity recedes, it is replaced by a rich umami and sweetness that is very relaxing. It has a fruity sweet and sour taste when chilled, and for me, I enjoyed it more when it was lukewarm.

The mouthfeel is moist and dry, with a smooth umami taste that is typical of ogara-mi. ✨️ The aroma through the nose is also high, with a sweetness reminiscent of bananas and a good lingering umami taste ☺. The above characteristics are more intense and enjoyable on the second day than when just opened. The label on the back of the bottle says, "Sakes to be enjoyed with the senses, not with the head." Made with Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi The aroma is like muscat, melon fruity sweetness and mellowness. It has a calm impression. Slightly gassy and very cool on the palate. The soft sweetness like banana🍌, good acidity, and rice flavor spread from the first taste, which is delicious. ✨️ It has a wonderful depth of flavor in the latter half of the bottle, but the taste does not remain on the palate, making it a good sake for a meal ☺.
