First visit in a year, Nakazen Sake Brewery in Kisofukushima. Tasted and bought what I liked! Made with Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi The aroma is like muscat, melon fruity sweetness and mellowness. It has a calm impression. Slightly gassy and very cool on the palate. The soft sweetness like banana🍌, good acidity, and rice flavor spread from the first taste, which is delicious. ✨️ It has a wonderful depth of flavor in the latter half of the bottle, but the taste does not remain on the palate, making it a good sake for a meal ☺.

We had our first Eiko-Fuji! While shopping at a liquor store, I found something that attracted me to GRAVITY! The sake rice was a junmai ginjo unfiltered raw sake from "Dewanosato", which I had never tried before! The aroma was mildly sweet and fruity with a hint of The acidity is felt, The light mouthfeel is full of juicy sweetness and umami. ✨️ The lingering sweetness gives the impression of creaminess, and there is a slight bitterness that is also delicious! Kaku-uchi at Yohaku Sake Shop in Fujimi-cho Tsuchida in Gunma, Bodai yeast is rare outside of Nara Prefecture, so we drank it! It is a very unique sake with 90% polished rice, no yeast, and yellow malted rice for shochu! The aroma is sweet with a hint of honey, and has a grain-like flavor. The mouthfeel is smooth, but surprisingly easy to drink with a refreshing fruity taste. The second half of the bottle has a honey-like sweetness and a full-bodied flavor. ✨️ It is not too sweet and does not leave a sticky taste, I enjoyed the lingering umami and full flavor☺.

It is made from a fantastic sake rice called Koraiyako, and I was curious to buy it because I had never seen it before, except for a special junmai from Yamaguchi Prefecture's Yamazaru, which I had drunk before! New saury at the supermarket, Sake stores are starting to sell hiya-otoshi (freshly grated sake). I found my favorite brand "Yokoyama" hiyaoroshi and bought it immediately! Apple Carp 🍎 with red on the carp The aroma and taste are sweet and sour, reminiscent of a refreshing apple, just as the name suggests! The sweetness of glutinous rice, which is typical of Seimasamune, is only slightly noticeable in the aftertaste when the bottle is opened, but as the days go by, you can clearly taste it as the acidity becomes gentler ✨. For me, I especially enjoyed the gradation between the refreshing acidity and the glutinous rice sweetness that gradually spreads on the third and fourth days after opening.

Visited Gunma during Obon vacation After sightseeing at Mt. Akagi and Mt. Haruna, we visited the Makino Sake Brewery and purchased some of the sake recommended by the brewer. The clear red color from the yeast and the label reminded me of a rosé wine 🍷. It reminds me of a rosé wine! The aroma is moderate, with a hint of sweetness and acidity from the rice, It is easy to drink, with a thick mouthfeel and fine bubbles of gas. The color is also due to the honeyed sweetness of strawberries! It is a true dessert sake, and if you try it with vanilla ice cream, you may enjoy it even more with its creaminess. ✨️

The aroma is rich and slightly floral with a hint of yogurt. In the mouth, it is easy to drink with very clean acidity. Umami, sourness, and bitterness develop in the latter half of the bottle.
