I haven't drank "Wakamusume" in Yamaguchi prefecture for a long time. This time it was Ruri Karakusa. The aroma is lactic acidic and creamy with a hint of acidity and an elegant sweetness. It was "Ona", which I had enjoyed before. And above all, the label was eye-catching, so I bought it. Junmai Ginjo Oragami Nama Sake The name of the sake is "Dry Tasting Daina". The aroma is impressive with soft fruity notes of banana. The mouthfeel is moist and dry, with a smooth umami taste that is typical of ogara-mi. ✨️ The aroma through the nose is also high, with a sweetness reminiscent of bananas and a good lingering umami taste ☺. The above characteristics are more intense and enjoyable on the second day than when just opened. The label on the back of the bottle says, "Sakes to be enjoyed with the senses, not with the head." "Enjoy with the senses" is a phrase I would like to keep in mind not only for this series.

First visit in a year, Nakazen Sake Brewery in Kisofukushima. Tasted and bought what I liked! Made with Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi The aroma is like muscat, melon fruity sweetness and mellowness. It has a calm impression. Slightly gassy and very cool on the palate. The soft sweetness like banana🍌, good acidity, and rice flavor spread from the first taste, which is delicious. ✨️ It has a wonderful depth of flavor in the latter half of the bottle, but the taste does not remain on the palate, making it a good sake for a meal ☺.

The sake rice was a junmai ginjo unfiltered raw sake from "Dewanosato", which I had never tried before! Kaku-uchi at Yohaku Sake Shop in Fujimi-cho Tsuchida in Gunma, Bodai yeast is rare outside of Nara Prefecture, so we drank it! It is a very unique sake with 90% polished rice, no yeast, and yellow malted rice for shochu! The aroma is sweet with a hint of honey, and has a grain-like flavor. The mouthfeel is smooth, but surprisingly easy to drink with a refreshing fruity taste. The second half of the bottle has a honey-like sweetness and a full-bodied flavor. ✨️ It is not too sweet and does not leave a sticky taste, I enjoyed the lingering umami and full flavor☺.

It is made from a fantastic sake rice called Koraiyako, and I was curious to buy it because I had never seen it before, except for a special junmai from Yamaguchi Prefecture's Yamazaru, which I had drunk before! It has a sweet aroma of tropical fruits reminiscent of pineapple, and at the same time, it gives a mild impression!
