Purchased at the 22nd Hankyu Sake Brewery Festival Junmai-shu brewed with edible rice We had it warmed in the bright moonlight with a cold wind. It is easy to drink, with a very full rice flavor and a full-bodied aroma that lingers on the nose. It has a full-bodied aroma that lingers on the palate. It was delicious and warmed my body safely! I think it was the right choice to drink it warm.

Purchased at Fukumori Sake Shop in Nara on 11/22 The first Nagasaki sake is Iki Yokoyama! Fresh muscat aroma! Very smooth and fine on the palate and very pleasant to drink! Very tasty with a bouncy sweetness. ✨️ The first impression is easy to drink, but the second half is full-flavored, slightly bitter and spicy, and very satisfying 😆. Iki Island is one of the places I would like to visit someday as I love ancient Japanese history, and I would love to go there for this sake too ✨.

Moved from Rakuchu to Fushimi The purpose is to eat sakekasu ramen at Fushimizu Sake Brewery Alley and Kado-Sen. I almost always stop by when I visit Kyoto. Sakekasu and crispy chicken broth go really well together! As we were sipping, an announcement was made that limited-edition Kizakura sake was available, so we ordered some after our meal! It seems that the sake was served at the sake brewery open house that was cancelled due to bad weather, and was only available on this Saturday and Sunday! A sales person from Kizakura came and poured us some 😊. This was my first time drinking Junmai Daiginjo Shiboritate! The aroma was slightly peachy. It has a light, moist mouthfeel typical of Fushimi sake, while still having the petitiveness of new sake! Not too floral, but a deep sweetness that is very tasty. ✨️ It also has the robustness of the original sake, and after drinking it, I slowly got drunk and felt very satisfied!

The aroma is lactic like cheese or yogurt, which is very enjoyable among the Bodaihashi sake I have had. It has a surprisingly light sweet and sour taste and is very tasty! I thought it might have some peculiarities, but the low alcohol content made it easy to drink.

Standing drinking at Asano Sake KYOTO (4) One of SENKYO's Zero style, which I was very interested in in my recent post! It has a nice fruity aroma that goes straight to the nose instead of straight to the palate! Sweet and sour and very tasty☺. While it is very easy to drink, it is a sign that I have come to understand Sentori that I did not feel that much of the sourness that is typical of Sentori. ......! I would love to try the others! It is said to be "Edo-style", but it is neither very dry nor sweet like mirin (sweet sake), but more like modern sake!

Standing drinking at Asano Sake KYOTO (3) Sentori is another brand I recently got into: ✨️ This time, we compared a classic and a modern version of Mukonin! The classic was ups and downs. I had the impression that Modern was always easy to drink. Both have a sourness characteristic of Sentori and you can tell they are Sentori with one sip! I prefer the Namahashiroshi, which has a wonderful taste with a delicate acidity from lactic acid bacteria and a delicious aftertaste.

It has a sweet and sour taste and is easy to drink and delicious. Akamon Nama Junmai Nakadori Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake The aroma has a strong sweetness from the malted rice. More powerful rice sweetness and satisfaction. Junmai Shiboritate Activated Nigori The bubbles are very strong and do not give the impression of being too sweet. The taste is complex and the aftertaste is enjoyable. Overall, I found this sake to be sweet and robust! I have not been to Sado yet, but now I have a reason to visit someday ✨. Purchased at Miwa's own store on 11/22. I drank the first shibori ogara-mi there and brought this one back as a trophy. The aroma and mouthfeel are sweet and sour, as is typical of the Mikorosugi, and it also has the petitiveness of new sake, making it crisp and refreshing. ✨️ Compared to the orikarami, the flavor of the rice and a moderate bitterness can still be felt clearly. It was very easy to drink and delicious!

At Sake Brewery Nakayama Last time I was here, I bought a bottle of Nabeshima Special Junmai and was hooked. This time, they had a new sake on tap, so I was happy to buy it. ✨️ The aroma is fruity and gorgeous! On the palate, it has a cool and crisp new sake-like feel. The rich flavor and deep umami permeate the body and soul! The bitterness that lingers afterwards is exquisite and makes you want to drink as many sips as possible while feeling incredibly satisfied with each sip! Simply delicious! ✨️ Before buying sake, I went to Minoh early in the morning to see the autumn leaves, which were at their best and I had a magnificent view all to myself! It was a great day, I thought as I sipped my drink☺.

Recently renovated Asano Sake Shop UMEDA The Kaze no Mori Fair was going on, and I really wanted to drink ALPHA3, which is going out of production 💦. It's the only Kaze no Mori that is fire-aged. It certainly gives a calm impression and goes into the mouth easily! It has a very pleasant sweet and sour taste, like drinking a Ramune, and a chili-like taste. ✨️ The aftertaste is rich and umami, and you can feel it lingering for a long time, but it breaks off at the right point and doesn't leave a strange taste on the palate, so it is very delicious! The first half of the nama-shu has a lively, lively mouthfeel that is fun to drink, whereas the second half has a more subtle taste that lingers and has a nice sharpness. I felt that each has its own charm! It's a pity that it is no longer in production...

Purchased at Umemoto Sake Shop on 11/16 A bottle selected by the clerk! I knew of Ota Shuzo's "Doukan" in Kusatsu, Shiga Prefecture, but I had never heard of a brewery in Nada! The dragon and tiger cut-outs are very cool: ✨️ The aroma is gorgeous and fruity 🍑. It goes down the throat lightly. The taste is mellow and dry with just the right amount of rice flavor and slight bitterness. It also has a lingering richness that is typical of grain. I enjoyed it without getting tired of drinking it because I could also taste the acidity!

I found this at a local supermarket and bought it. I was curious about it, so I decided to drink it. The aroma is apple-like! It is easy to drink, as expected for a 5% alcohol content, and has almost no liquor-like taste! Tastes very sweet and sour. I drank it chilled, but I thought it would be easier to drink it closer to room temperature if you don't like it because of the sourness that hits the palate. The lingering rice-like flavor is interesting! If you are conscious of the aroma, it is like apple juice. If you are not conscious of the aroma, it is like sweet yogurt whey. It was an interesting sake.
