Drinking Mie Sake at Izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) in Tsu, the 2nd cup Dry Junmai Taki Suiryu (Hayase) from Takihantu The aroma is melon with melon-like sweetness. Cool and refreshing on the palate. The taste is dry, sharp and tingling on the tongue. ⚡️ On the other hand, it has a nice fruity flavor and is easy to drink. The udon noodles with bonito broth and soft noodles will soak up the cold night.

Drinking Mie Sake at an Izakaya in Tsu Special Junmai made with Omachi from "Tamitsu Pale amber color The aroma and the moment it enters the mouth, it is very ripe banana🍌! The overall impression is dry with thick sweetness, umami and acidity, and a sharpness in the second half. It was a convincing Omachi sake. The tempura was crispy, the koromo was crunchy, the kashiwa was soft and juicy, and the sharpness of the sake and the fat were a perfect match☺.

Once in a lifetime visit to Ise (3rd time) I was blessed with good weather and was able to walk from the outer shrine to the inner shrine to greet the gods, and I was also able to eat a beef bowl at Tonputsu, which I visit almost every time I come to Ise! I bought sake to take home at Morishita Sake Shop. We bought some sake to take home at Morishita Sake Shop and had a three-drink comparison of ZAKU near Ise-shi Station☺. Junmai Gen no Tomo! The aroma is of green apple. It has a firm mouthfeel with umami, followed by some bitterness and acidity. The taste is robust, but the fresh apple flavor makes it easy to drink, yet satisfying. Junmai Ginjo Sano-no-Tomo Sweeter aroma with a hint of honey than Junmai. The mouthfeel is smooth, and the taste is moist and fruity with a sweet and sour flavor. It has a lingering sourness and minerality. Junmai Ginjo Z The sweet and sour taste of lactic acid beverage is different from that of Kanade-no-tomo! The aftertaste is interesting with a little bitterness and a full-bodied umami flavor.

My favorite Ona opening! Special Junmai Ichikanzukuri made with Nasu Gohyakumangoku The aroma and flavor are clean and melon-like. It is very clean and goes down the throat without any resistance. ✨️ The lingering taste is accented by a slight bitterness and a tangy sensation on the tongue that is typical of Gohyakumangoku. The last time I had the super-harsh junmai, but anyway, the dry Ona goes well with rice as a mid-meal sake☺. The cycle of eating and drinking never stops 🌀 The super-harsh one was characterized by a lingering umami taste, but this one seemed easy to drink anyway!

Purchased at Asano Sake Shop YOKOHAMA We drank the bitter label at the store, but we had this new sake at home. Junmai Ginjo Hatsushibori made with Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone) ✨️ I love the fresh apple aroma, and as I thought about the Bitter Label, I love the clear and beautiful aroma of Murasaki Uchu☺. Light gassy sensation in the mouth. The sweet and acidic taste is followed by a smooth umami taste that gradually becomes familiar. The lingering crisp sensation is refreshing! Sake I chose because I thought it could be enjoyed warmed up. This time I chose a sake from the Saiya Sake Brewery in Akita Prefecture called "Yukino Kayasha". Yamahai Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi from Saiya Sake Brewery in Akita Prefecture. The mellow mouthfeel was followed by a beautiful acidity that spread out. As the acidity recedes, it is replaced by a rich umami and sweetness that is very relaxing. It has a fruity sweet and sour taste when chilled, and for me, I enjoyed it more when it was lukewarm.
