This was my first Ibaraki sake, Raifuku's "Natsurei" (Summer Rei).
The cool label is very attractive in this gloomy season.
It smells like a rum and tastes like a rum.
The aroma and taste are also very appealing!
But the sweetness is not persistent and crisp. ✨️
