We had another brand of Kutouryuu before, so this time we had Kuroryu.
Junmai Ginjo made from Gohyakumangoku rice.
The aroma of melon, which I also felt in the previous junmai sake of Kutouryuu, is a little bit deep with sweeter fruity taste, rice flavor, and alcohol.
Smooth and clear mouthfeel.
The beautiful drinking comfort, the moderate umami and bitterness that spreads slowly, and the flavor are very elegant and satisfying. ✨️
