A bottle I drank with my parents when I went home for the Obon holiday.
It is my favorite "Nabeshima" from Saga!
This time it was a junmai ginjo made with "Kitashizuku," a variety from Hokkaido.
Slightly gassy.
The fruity yet clear acidity makes it easy to drink.
It seems to penetrate without any resistance and is very easy to drink! It is easy to drink without resistance.
It has a sharp, yet satisfying aftertaste with alcohol, acidity, bitterness, and umami. ✨️

This is the first time I've had Kitashizuku, and it's dry, but fruity and has Nabeshima's typical umami.
