Purchased from Koyama Shoten, Tama City, Tokyo This is my first Kumamoto sake, It is the first Kumamoto sake and we were very interested in this brand. Sake made from Ni-no-no-shochu and Yamada-Nishiki, with a raw yeast structure. It has a lactic acid aroma like calpis, It has a lactic acidic aroma like Calpis, but with a slightly carbonated and refreshing taste. ✨️ The refreshing sweet and sourness spreads, and the silky flavor is very delicious in the latter half of the bottle☺. At 13% alcohol by volume, it is very drinkable without feeling alcoholic at all.
