This is my first Kumamoto sake,
It is the first Kumamoto sake and we were very interested in this brand.
Sake made from Ni-no-no-shochu and Yamada-Nishiki, with a raw yeast structure.
It has a lactic acid aroma like calpis,
It has a lactic acidic aroma like Calpis, but with a slightly carbonated and refreshing taste. ✨️
The refreshing sweet and sourness spreads, and the silky flavor is very delicious in the latter half of the bottle☺.
At 13% alcohol by volume, it is very drinkable without feeling alcoholic at all.
