くるま麩After a long time, "Yokoyama" in Ikijima, Nagasaki
Junmai Ginjo-shu made with Yamadanishiki
Light muscat-like aroma
Smooth on the palate with a fine sweetness and a subtle bitterness that is exquisite!
The subtle bitterness is exquisite and delicious!
The last time I drank the new sake, I really liked the tangy aftertaste that was present then as well.
I enjoyed it more mellow and flavorful☺. くるま麩We had Nabeshima for the first time in a long time.
This time it was summer sake Summer Moon🌙.
This is a ginjo-shu made with Tokkagami Yamadanishiki from the former Yoneda Village in Hyogo Prefecture.
The texture is fine and gassy on the tongue,
It is smooth and very light on the tongue!
It has a moderate sweetness and a refreshing acidity,
There is no bad aftertaste at all.
It was the perfect sake for this time of the year, which can be drunk easily without getting tired of drinking. ✨️ おっmutsu_8000
Citrus aroma. Slightly effervescent. Soft, sweet, sour, a little bitter and numb. Very tasty.
And if you were expecting porridge aroma in the air, you were right, it was the kind that tastes good warmed up. The softness and sourness stand out and make you drool.
Purchased at a liquor store in M city.
It was a double winner in the IWC ginjo-shu category and in the warmed sake contest premium lukewarm category.
According to the brewery's installation, it smells like ripe melon and banana. My nose is going crazy. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
