We received this from Gyve: ‼️ According to Gyve, "This is a PB sake from Ishikawa Sake Brewery in Fukui City! Echizenmisaki Junmai Ginjo is aged in barrels and flavored with cherry chips, giving it a woody aroma and a round taste. As you say, it's round and delicious 😋 It's aged to a light amber color, full-bodied and unctuous ✨. It's great to be able to drink PB sake from other prefectures, even my favorite Echizenmisaki, Sake no Wa: ‼️ Thank you so much, Jive 🙏.

The other day, I coached soccer during the day and participated in volleyball practice at night 🏐Mamasan volleyball is great 😍It's nice to see the ladies hustling 😳After the practice, we went to our house for drinks with my teammates 🍻My wife was doing some work-related studies on her PC in the afternoon but I guess she was finished 🤔I did a little shopping. I did a little shopping, and my junior who was going to stay at our house was already waiting for me at the gate with a can of chuhai. I thought it would be bad if my wife was studying, so I made her wait at the entrance and went inside the house. ‼️ She was still studying. I told my wife that I was going to have a drink with my colleagues, My wife said, "No problem 👌" and I said, "You can come in ❗" and we all went 😊. My wife said "what if I had said no ⁉️" so I told her I had to drink with everyone on the curb of the road. My wife can read the air 😏. My coworker brought me some sake 🍶. It's a Hiraizumi, but with a pop label 🎵. Modern and light ❗The acidity is very good and goes well with both Japanese and Western food 😋It was a nice encounter as I had not seen this sake before 😊.

As a fan of Cape Echizen, I am very grateful for the offer ❗ They also sent me a local specialty of Fukui prefecture, "Heshiko" and "Sasazuke (pickled sea bream)" together 😆 🐟️😆 Kuhhhh! It's outstandingly delicious 😋 It's got a wonderful elegant sweet umami taste ✨ and a wonderful long-lasting aftertaste ❗ This is a very good sake 😆. Heshiko or pickled heshiko has a very strong salty taste ❗But it's my favorite taste! Sake drinkers can't get enough of it 👍I also tried it in ochazuke 🍵. The moon was beautiful and the sea was calm, so I couldn't help but snap a few pictures 📸. A ray of moonlight is nice 🌝. Thank you so much, Jive 🙇.

I bought this sake at my favorite liquor store, which newly started selling Tenjo Yumugen ‼️, the first one in Hokkaido 🤔The owner recommended it to me and I bought it! I was so glad I bought it 😋 It has a very strong flavor that spreads in your mouth 😍Oh man, I've encountered so many delicious sakes that I want to pursue more 🎵. The day I drank it was September 9, which is First Aid Day. 🚑️ I think it's a good idea to know CPR and first aid in case of emergencies 😌.

I was scheduled to leave for Asahikawa in June to participate from the second round if I made it through to the first round of the All Hokkaido Soccer Tournament, but I lost in the first round and returned home to Asahikawa and received this as a souvenir from my junior ❗Thank you 🙏. I'm a man, I'm going to be the King of Noodles and Sake. It's not heavy, but it's got just the right amount of body and a nice soft dry taste on the tongue 🎵. I found out that it is brewed using the traditional Tohoku doburoku method and craft beer method! It's pretty much a dessert sake, or rather a juice 🍹It doesn't have much of a sake feel to it! It was fruity & sweet, like orange & lychee ❗

The day after the work-related family get-together we had the other day, we had another get-together at the same place, this time with some of our neighbors in the same business 🍻. After setting up the charcoal and beer server, we sat down! The seat available was next to a senior member of the next town over, or rather, a rather scary senior member (who was definitely naughty back in the day)... 😵.... Well, I didn't mind and just went with the gusto 😏. I found out that my senior loves sake and tours sake breweries in Hokkaido ❗Knowing that, I decided to bring it in 😊I really brought it in with the intention of having a few people over for a little bit of fun, but it worked 😁. It has a sweetness and a soft fruity taste without being flashy! A good sake with a modern yet classical taste 🍶. The best part of the raw sake 🎵They were at the upper management's house, so there was a lot of deep workplace talk going on... 👂️

A family get-together with people related to my workplace ❗ The second bottle of sake we brought was Dewazakura🌸We tend to focus only on new sake, and skip the famous ones that are easy to get 😖 We had to make sure we had a bottle of Dewazakura❗ It's delicious after all 😋Omachi-like flavor is in full bloom and it's a masterpiece 😆.

It's a dinner party at my wife's parents' house during Obon ❗ It was the first "Abe" to match 🍶Nochi-san sent it to me when he found out I had never had it before ‼️ Thank you for everything, Nochi-san 🙇.
