Tonight, I'm dropping my second bottle of the first series as well🤗. This is Yaemon from the Yamatogawa Sake Brewery out of Kitakata, Fukushima ✨. The nose is clean, fruity and citrusy. The first sip has a clean, fruity, citrusy aroma with a hint of green banana sweetness and a dry, crisp finish. It is perfectly suited for a mealtime sake. The rice is undisclosed, but I imagine it to be Gohyakumangoku or Yumenokou, and I like the taste.

[Mutsubu Nigori Sake This is the first bottle I bought at the Fukushima Museum in Nihonbashi. I'm not sure what to make of it. The aroma is like strawberry 🍓. This is the first time I've ever had this kind of beer. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but I think it's a good thing. I don't think it would go well with sashimi... It's a good marriage with rich, sweet and spicy chicken liver 😋I'm sure it would go well with pumpkin stew as well.

On a trip to Fukushima 🚙. I decided to drink Sandesi at the inn😅 This is my first time to drink it. I was worried that I would not be able to taste it because I had already had another beer and compared them at Fukushima-kan before, but it was fine without a hitch 😚. And after tasting Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Dry at Miharukoma, I chose this one because it was Junmai Dry on the palate. It is easy to drink and delicious 😋. Sake rice brand unknown Polishing ratio 60

Masahiro Kasahara's ham cutlet, fried tofu with fried bean curd covered with green onion. 😗. Uekiya Shoten Hanpukai last November 😭 We compared Yaemon's Junmai Ginjo new sake and a two-year aged one. 😍 Cute label by Shosuke Ohara. 😁. First, the new sake......... 😄😄 I felt a faint sense of gas, and for a moment It was a little gassy and tightened up for a moment, but it It flowed beautifully. It's a little sweet, but not too sweet. PB products obtained on a recent trip to Wakamatsu! This plant shop always has a great selection. I bought so many things that I had to send them in the mail, but this was one of the things I was looking forward to 👍. When I opened the bottle and poured it, there was a presence of acidity, and the aroma was just like a white wine. It is light on the palate, with a sweet and sour taste that spreads quickly. The original taste of black vinegar drink, white wine, or apple yogurt with a strong lactic acidity seems to be to different tastes. However, it has a beautiful elegance that flows clear, making it easy to drink ✨. It is the complete opposite of the profoundness of the traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. It has a moderate alcohol content and is sure to be refreshing in summer! It is the first acidic stimulation in a long time! It is outstanding in a glass 🍷.

Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival (2) Sake only available at Tohoku Wakuwaku Marche. Sake from the Yamatogawa Sake Brewery in Fukushima. I almost mistook it for Iwate's Drunken Emon. I mean, I thought it was Drunkenemon until I saw the name of the brewery😅. Here is not "Yaemon" but "Yaumon". I thought it was "Yaumon" until I saw the name of the brewery 😅. I heard it's called "Yauemon". I have bought sake here before at Yamaya. It's a clear and sweet sake. It's less fresh than the Yaemon I drank before, but sweeter? I think it was the sweetest out of the 3 types I drank 🤔.
