The end of the year is a busy time 💦I've accumulated a lot of photos of past drinks😅.
It's been a while since I've had a Yaemon 🍶 It's delicious with the crispness and freshness of freshly squeezed sake 😋.
I received an unofficial notice of personnel change and will be transferred to a new facility and department in April. I will have to return the sake stored in my refrigerator to my home. But it won't fit in our small cellar 💧I need a saké cavi😆When I drunkenly told my wife the other day, "If you buy a saké cavi and deliver it to our house without permission, we won't have any choice~✌️" she said, "If you do that, I'll seriously smash all the sake bottles👹" 😨.
That's the kind of thing I'd seriously do‼️ my wife's eyes were already completely cracking up 😟.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodle Wine. 😊
I'm a sucker for a liquor cabin. 😂
My wife says I should buy one.
I wish I was 10 years younger.
I'm not sure I'd be able to take the plunge if I were 10 years younger 😋.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Liquor 👏.
I'm sorry to hear about your move 😳I wish you the best of luck in your new location 👏.
I'm not sure if you're going to do the salmon caviar purchase operation on your own or not? I'm sure you will 😁.
Mr. Noodle Drink King
Good evening...I know the transfer is hard on you both physically and mentally 💦Good luck 🙏The sake cabin has no place to put it at home 😱Drink and buy! Buy and drink! That's all I can do 🤣.
Hello, King of Noodles and Sake 😃.
Departmental change! Good luck in your new place ‼️
Refrigerator problem 🤔 how about buying a muddled salmon cavi 🤗 just put the salmon and sake in it 😆.
At the sake bar of the Tohoku products exhibition at Abeno Harukas.
Choice of local sake from three prefectures on the Pacific Ocean side.
The first one from the left, Yaemon's Spring Sake from Kitakata.
It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste like a pear, and is a drink that even beginners will like.
It is a nice sake that is typical of Fukushima. 🙆♂️
Good evening, Mr. Tadatsu. I see there was a sake bar at the Tohoku products exhibition in Harukas. Yaemon uses cooking sake, and when I run out of sake at home, I am tempted to drink cooking sake 🤣 I knew it would be good 😋.
Purchased at a supermarket in Fukushima City.
It was about 500 yen for 300 mm.
I was surprised at the mellow aroma when I took a sip.
It may be similar to white wine.
It is not dry, but it is very drinkable, so it would be good to drink it with a small glass of sake.
Yaemon is often seen here and there in the prefecture, and we like this dry Junmai very much.
The price is reasonable and good value for money!
It has a modest and light standing aroma. When you drink it, you can taste the beautiful sweetness and umami of rice, as is typical of daiginjos, while the strength of the alcohol gives it a good aftertaste.
I felt it was better to drink it with a meal than by itself.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Purchased at a product exhibition in Fukushima. I was allowed to taste many of them, but unfortunately I came by car, so I talked with the clerk and decided on the one I liked best.
The sweetness of the rice is the first thing that hits you, and then there is a slight fizzy feeling at the end. I'm pretty sure it's not fizzy, but it has that kind of atmosphere.
