Matsunoi Shuzo
Ryougo Junmai Summer Light Nigori
Light, citrus-like aroma with a hint of acidity.
Sourness and umami, but with a refreshing spiciness.
Light and crisp taste.
The order of spiciness comes in the order of rice sweetness and spiciness. It is full but spicy. Quite tasty. A little fruity. Quite tasty! It's supposed to be 10 spicy, but it's not that spicy.
5/10
Ryoga's summer sake was a dry sake made from Gohyakumangoku.
The acidity was strikingly noticeable before the dryness.
This was the last sake for the sake party.
It was great to have a bowl of hamo and matsutake mushrooms, which is only available this time of year. ☺️
Despite the tough name "Ryougo", it is a refreshing, light and easy-to-drink drink. Pocari Sweat for adults.
The base has a slightly soupy flavor, and the acidity is moderate for a summer sake.
Although it is said to be dry, it does not have a sharp taste, but only a refreshing aftertaste.
It is a refreshing sake that goes well with all kinds of food except thick stewed dishes.
It was so hot that I requested a refreshing sake, and this is what I got.
It was refreshingly dry, with a slight wine-like aroma and a firm bitterness at the end.
I felt cool.
