Celebrating Echizen-Misaki "Tanabe Sake Brewery/Fukui Prefecture" ‼️ Last week, Tanabe Brewery from Echizen-misaki came to our town 😆 It's so exciting to have a brewery from Fukui prefecture come to Doto 😂 Fukui 😲 The day before the meeting was held in Kushiro city, and the next day they came to our town! Last year we were so impressed with Kamishin Brewery's visit, and this time too 🎵It's so nice to see a sake brewery that cares about the countryside ✨. Thanks to the efforts of Tanabe Sake Brewery (pictured right), Sagashiro Shoten (pictured center), and Betsukai's sake BOS (the guy standing on the left), we were able to have a great time! We are truly grateful 😌. First of all, the rare Kuzuryu rice ❗Opening act is the best 👍Moderate sweetness and good umami ❗Beautiful but somewhat rugged 🎵The toji said that it is difficult to polish Kuzuryu rice 🤔I wonder if it is a characteristic of Kuzuryu rice! We are off to a great start 😊.

I'm so happy that my favorite liquor store now carries Kimura Sake from Akita 🎵. I bought this one, which I've never seen before❗❗ It's refreshing and easy to drink, so you can taste the umami and enjoy it while sipping. Yamaokaya also introduced a new limited time offer last month, Ginger Shoyu Ramen🍜 including toppings for almost 2000 yen, which is a must at Yamaokaya👍Order half a bowl of rice and the ramen is just a side dish😌.

I bought it at a liquor store I stop by when I go to Kitami City❗I enjoyed it last year, so I bought it again this time 😊It tastes great on its own, but it's more refreshing than last year, which also goes well with seafood 😋. I only do horse racing, but I missed the Tennou-sho Autumn race and called my juniors together in a hurry to reflect on the race ❗Horse racing discussions are interesting even if you miss the race 🏇. It's been a long time since I've tasted Misuzu❗It has a delicious flavor typical of Omachi and a fairly dry finish! It's nice to have a crisp sake with no sweetness 🎵 When I went to Kitami City for work, I had lunch at a ramen shop owned by a friend of mine 🍜. Stanila ramen with more chives‼️ afterwards at a meeting I tried not to talk too much because of the chives smell 😷.
