Purchased in Tokyo❗ I bought it because Mr. Bunraku who is not often seen 🍶 said it was very tasty! It's really delicious 😋The sweetness, umami, and sourness are exquisite ❗The bottle will be empty soon 😆. I didn't know this, but Mr. Nochi told me about the brewery "Sairai" during the mah-jongg session at Sake-no-wa, and I was surprised to know that they brew various kinds of delicious sake 😌. I didn't know they brewed a variety of delicious sakes 😌.

I purchased this "Shizen Shu" 🍶 in Tokyo. Made with yeast that lives in the brewery ❗Looked forward to opening the bottle ✨. The taste is mild, with a soft sweetness and light acidity 🎵. It's the kind of sake you want to drink in a relaxed manner ✨. I drank it under the harsh environment of Sake no Wajo 😅. I love melon type sake so I would like to try the green label Shizen Shu🍈😊.

I have always wanted to try Murayu❗I tried to buy it in Tokyo but couldn't find it, but kino.god sent it to me 😂Thank you so much 🙇. It is said that Murayu tastes sweeter than most of the light and dry sake in Niigata. ⁉️ I thought the label would be sweet and tasty and have a strong sake taste. I was surprised by the taste that reminded me of white wine. ‼️ Delicious 😋.

I have to buy a famous Shizuoka sake that's only available in Hokkaido ✨. It has a clean and crisp taste that is typical of "Kitashizuku" 😉. I would like to pair it with seafood from Suruga or Izu, but since it is a Hokkaido exclusive, it was a perfect match with this seafood as well 😋.
