It's a Bon Festival event, my wife's family BBQ ❗ The picture is the following one from Senpohji, Kushiro town, Japan. The photo is the following from Senpohji in Kushiro town, it's huge 🦪I've never seen such a big one 😲I'd like to be told that I've never seen such a big one before 😭. I went home because I had to work the next day, but my two sons and eldest daughter stayed at a relative's house ❗A dairy farmer, helping with milking cows from early in the morning, taking care of his cat and dog, collecting eggs from chickens, picking home-grown vegetables, etc. It's a good way to get in touch with nature 🐄🐈️🐕️🐓🍅. You can also learn firsthand how hard any job is 😉.

The black bottle in the back of the photo is a "guarana" ❗It is a carbonated beverage that is representative of Hokkaido! Back in the day, it was a substitute for cola, which was hard to find, probably due to its high price. ⁉️ I love it, but some people describe it as "medicinal"🤔I think the ingredients were derived from a South American plant😊.

At an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Kushiro city, where I have been claiming to work 🍶. I thought it was delicious when I got it from Manachie before, but I was surprised to find it here: ‼️ I thought it was similar to Tenpyo, though a little more refreshing 😆 Either way, it's sure to be delicious 👍. The salt flavored pork bones and the refill system were sensational at the time 😲, which was rare in the East Hokkaido. I ordered it with all the ingredients 😉 The tender pork bone marinade is too much 😍The low-moisture noodles with the mar oil are irresistible 😋I hope it will be there forever 😌.

I insisted on going to Kushiro city with my colleagues for 3 days for training 🚙💨. After the first day of training, we went to an Izakaya 🍶 at night. We reserved a table at a restaurant with a good selection of Sake! My colleague thanked me for setting up the restaurant 🙏❗ What started out as a simple act of wanting to drink good sake turned into an act of kindness 🎵good, good, good 😁. Well, first of all, there it is 😆 Tenbi! Did I mention that Miki Fujioka, the former toji of Amami, is working there 🤔. It's so fruity and delicious 😋, it soaks into your tired training body ✨. It's a good sake~✌️ Kushiro ramen for lunch 🍜 Kushiro ramen is soy sauce based with very thin noodles! I added a lot of green onions and the soup got cold😅.

I bought this sake at Sakuramoto Shoten in Sapporo❗ There were many sake that I wanted to buy, and I was having a hard time deciding which one to buy, when Rigel said that if I had any doubts, I would buy "Laughing Season"! Well, it's delicious 😊I chose the unfamiliar limited brew "TASAN"! In the midst of mahjong of sake, Choroki's voice said "Eminem" on the label when he opened the bottle 👀⁉️ is that so? ⁉️ I used to like listening to hip-hop, but the time has stopped around the old school - Eminem area 🎵. Is it Tasan with multi-acid yeast specs? I don't know about the high malic acid producing yeast test strain 🍎 but you have to taste it❗ I thought it would be fruity, but it has a deep taste and lingering aftertaste like a "sake yeast"! It's been a long time since I've had a good encounter with a sake that has the feeling of being a sake yeast 😋.

When you pour it into a glass, it has a strong candy color 🍭 and when you drink it, you can feel the richness unique to aged sake 😋. Otaru is a popular tourist destination in Hokkaido! I bought it at Sakuramoto Shoten in Sapporo❗ If you have been drinking Machida Shuzo recently, you will feel it is quite spicy, says Mr. "Nocchi", a man who is doing very well with Mahjong this season 🀄, then there is no doubt! It's really spicy and refreshing ❗I would say it has a clean and clear flavor 🎵. It's the first time I've tasted "Tosa Rei" sake rice, and I can feel the arrival of spring. At a local sake party❗ Everyone was drinking at a very high pace and we ran out of sake 😲 We opened a bottle of Yamagata Masamune that we had brought ❗ It's outstandingly tasty 😋 😋 with a strong umami and fresh fruity flavor 😆 It was originally a beautiful sake and it's a future sake, so it's no surprise that it's extremely tasty 😊. Our town's specialty, "Hokkai Shimaebi" 🦐 are brand name shrimps and are a luxury item. 💰️ Boiled is better than raw, but this tempura was too delicious 😋.
