The night my wife contracted corona and an evacuation order was issued for her to leave the house. While I was studying, I suddenly received a phone call on line 📱. It was Rigel and Manachie, who were drunk 😄Well, they were drinking happily, so I opened the bottle 🍶 and we started the first shot of this year's event. The first one of the year is Echizenmisaki which we were very grateful for last year 😉 It is also a delicious Homami 😋. I can't say enough about its taste ❗I'm sure I will be indebted to you a lot this year too 😌. Well, Rigel-san was very tongue-tied at the end 😁.

The last sake we opened last year was a bottle of Shikanaru🦌 from Uamai Uamai! It was a souvenir from Umaumai's trip to Hokkaido last year 😂. And it's a sake that I've never seen before! Thank you so much, mai mai mai 🙇. Imanishi Seibeibei Shoten brews Harushika! I had a preconceived image of Harushika as a dry sake, but the Shikanaru has a nice gentle sweetness and umami flavor 😋 with a great balance 🎵. Umaumaiyamai, it was great✨!

I found a sake I've never had at my favorite liquor store: ‼️ "Koubai"! I'm attracted by the direct pumping and the raw sake 🎵It's a challenge for his son, so I want to support him 🙌 First of all, the gap is cute 😊Kenshin-kun 🤔. It is well-balanced and has a little bit of depth, and also has a classical element ❗This is modern classical 🎵It's good ✨It seems to go well with seafood, so I paired it with octopus, scallops, Hokiyori clam and salmon roe that I got from a fisherman 🎵The scallops are large and one scallop is enough for 4 slices! The scallops were so big that one scallop was enough for four slices 💦. And the best part was the yam that Mr. Ma-Chi gave us! Sake given to me by a colleague 🍶. I think Kamikawa Taisetsu was brewed at Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine's Hekiun brewery, so it's a lineage of "Tokachi" 🎵. Sake brewed by students ❗I'm looking forward to it✨! Oh, this is delicious 😋It's sweet but not cloyingly sweet and packed with umami 😆 It can be enjoyed on its own and goes well with meat, and it's not too sweet so it goes well with seafood too😊. With salmon from the fishermen 🎵. Betsukai is also famous for its fresh salmon, which is made using the traditional "Yamazuke" method 🐟️. The weight of the salmon itself removes excess water from the salt-cured salmon, leaving the flavor! It has a moderate saltiness and a slowly spreading flavor that fills your mouth. ‼️ Why don't you give it a try this New Year's Day 😉.

Don't stop with Noto sake! Purchased a 2-bottle pack of Hiyoshi Sake Brewery's Ore no Sake No. 4 ❗The second bottle is a reproduction of the original recipe! Ore-no-shu x Yoru-no-Teio had the elegance of a white wine, but this one has more of the Ishikawa-like robustness ❗Ore-no-shu comes out stronger 😉 It's like a man's sake 🙂 ✌️ It's not just heavy, but the aftertaste is light, so it's not hard to drink at all 😋 It's an Ishikawa sake you'll want to drink often and often 🎵. I went to Yamaoka because they showed me a post about it in the morning 🍜I knew it would be over 2000 yen with the toppings ❗I thought there was too much chashu pork when I started to eat 😅This was a mistake! Don't stop Noto's sake! Purchased at Shusenkan in Nemuro City❗It's sad that some breweries were affected by the disaster, but I feel the bond between breweries 😌. First time to try O-no-shu! I've never had my first sake before 😌 "Ore no sake" & "Yoru no Teio" ‼️ makes me want to drink it when I'm ready to decide tonight 😳 It's got the depth of Ishikawa's sake ❗But it's got the elegant taste of white wine and it's crisp and clean 🎵. It was a wonderful sake with the souls of two breweries ✨.
