At a local sake party❗ The third bottle was a Doragon sake 🍶Kocon hasn't had one in a year 🤔. It's a modern and stylish sake with a hint of citrus, typical Sawaya-Matsumoto 😋. It went great with yellowtail shabu shabu. 🐟️

The other day, I attended a local sake party with Doragon at the invitation of a local sake master 🍶. Each member brought their own sake❗. We went to a local izakaya and had a lot of food that we could not finish such as amberjack shabu-shabu, sashimi, boiled salmon eggs, salmon roe rice, etc. 😆. The first bottle was opened 😊. The tag on the bottle is very clearly marked ❗This shows the extraordinary care of the brewery 😌. This is a great beer from the sweet and tasty Kamishin Brewery, but this one is a bit more refreshing and goes very well with seafood ✨. A good start 😉.

After the launch of the local marathon, I had a toast at home with my juniors 🍻. We opened a bottle of stock sake 🍶I've been wanting to try it and finally found a bottle of Hakuin Masamune 😊 that was sold in the next town over. It's classical and has a nice flavor 😋 It's well-balanced 🎵I was tired and soon became very drunk 😳.

The other day, a local marathon was held and there was a BBQ and other activities to celebrate the event, and I helped with the entertainment and set up the venue. 🏃‍♂️💨 The helpers were allowed to drink as well, so we drank 🍶, and of course we drank 🍶, and the drink was "Kitanokatsu" ❗The familiar and stable taste 😋. The runner I was with was competing from Fukuoka 😲 amazing 😉.

I've had a bottle of "Seijiki-Sama" light nigori before, but I thought it tasted crisp and sharp ❗I bought it from the liquor store who said it was mellow and full of flavor this time ❗I was looking forward to opening the bottle 🎵. Well, it's a Bali horse 🐴😋 🐴😋 It's full of umami. It's full of flavor ❗I'd like to repeat it again✨. Now, the autumn G1 race has started 🏇. The Akka-sho was easy to understand, but.., Kikka-sho, I don't know😅

I have enjoyed the Aki Tiger 🐯 in the past. I bought it because it looked so delicious ❗ Mmmmmm, it's still delicious 😆. It has a rich and thick sake flavor ❗ It has a lot of umami and is very drinkable 👍. It was a bottle that I could fully enjoy by itself 😋.

We were looking forward to seeing the local tuna being fried and served to us: 🐟️ I can't believe they are catching tuna in the east of Hokkaido 🤔The sea temperature is rising. So, it seems that we can't catch any autumn salmon at all 😢Come back salmon! Come back to the river where you were born and raised❗ I chose Toichi's summer limited sake ☀️ The gentle crispness went well with the snacks 😋. We had red raw tuna, yellowtail and tantaka sashimi ❗Homemade roast beef from Kobe Beef 😍.

At my favorite pub: ‼️ They also had a Towashi Autumn Sake 🍁 They had a Summer Sake a while ago and I heard it was good, but it was gone 😣. It's an easy-drinking fall sake, not a heavy aged sake 😊but it has a strong flavor 😋All the sakes were great for a slow solo drink 👍.

At my favorite pub: ‼️ Summer is over, but the summer sake, Morai 😊, is made with the revived rice "Matsumae"! I wonder if it has a connection to Matsumae town in southern Hokkaido! Edible rice⁉️Sake rice⁉️🤔 It's nice and crisp and refreshing ✨. Goes well with salted fish 😋. Matsumae is famous for "Matsumae pickled squid" and "squid", so it makes sense that they go well together 🦑.

Sorry to the person who gave me ♥️ 🙏 I wonder if the specs don't allow changing the brand name or something in the edit. ⁉️ I bought a bottle at Sakuramoto Shoten ❗It is the only brand handled at that one place in Hokkaido, so it was a nice encounter 😆. It's still delicious Mimuro Sugi❗Gentle, moist, sweet and full of flavor 😋It's low in alcohol, so it just kept going and going 🎵

After running some errands in the next town, I went to a liquor store 🍶. I knew it existed, but this was my first encounter with it ❗I had mistakenly remembered it as "Garakudai" back in the day 😅. Sasaki Shuzo in Kyoto is the brewer of Sasaki Kuranosuke's family's "Ancient Capital" 🤔. I thought it was a different brand ‼️ It's a very refreshing sake, but also has a strong sake taste! I've been wanting to eat seafood and yakitori as an entrée, so it's also good for during a meal ✨.

My mother gave me this sake❗ Hizenya‼️ is a sake made by Mitsutake Shuzo ❗ I've had Mitsutake's Hokuto Hyakusaiken and Kenshiro labels in the past 👊. It's light, yet pale and fruity, good on its own or with sashimi ✨. I think it's good when you want to drink a little bit because it's 300ml, but after drinking 2 bottles including the most popular one, it's not so different from the 4th bottle 😅.
