I have been in Kitakyushu City for training since last month! Before my business trip, my colleagues held a farewell party for me! It was held at my house though😅. I'll be back soon after a month and a half stay 💦, but I've been quite busy lately. I haven't been able to read your posts properly, but I will do so after I return home, so please forgive me for the delay in replying to your posts 🙇. I will post as often as I can because even though I have been busy, I have had some fun and great experiences! I drank a bottle of Jikin on this day 😆. I got it from Rigel-san (a trophy of Mahjong)! Thank you Rigel for the great sake you always give us 🙏 This is my first time to try the Namojyo! It's my first time to drink Namo yeast sake! It has so much flavor that when you drink it, you'll know it's Jikin 😋 No need for words anymore! A junior lady had arranged a cake with her name on it! I know I said "enjoy", but I'm going there to study 😓 Well, I'm going to enjoy it as much as I can and I'm actually enjoying it 😊.

My friend from Akita Prefecture gave me this as a souvenir when she went back home ❗I got a lot 😁. I really appreciate it 🙏! This year, my favorite liquor store started to carry Fukkomachi! I know it's delicious, so I'm very happy 😆. It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness 😊. It seems to go well with seafood and was the perfect sake for our town 😋.

The second bottle came out at a coworker's house❗ It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Yonekaku! It had been opened, but it was fresh but a bit settled, with plenty of Yonesuru-like umami 😋. I see on the back label that it goes well with: salmon roe marinated in soy sauce, grilled shrimp with salt, oyster pot, octopus wasabi, marinated scallop shell, shrimp shumai! It certainly goes well with BBQ grilled shrimp 😋. But the dishes that go well with it are quite limited 😲I wonder if the creator tried to match them in various ways: ⁉️ If so, you are very stoic! I can feel the drive to really make the drink 😌.

BBQ at a coworker's house. After the evening, it gets cold, so we went over to his house to continue the drinking ❗ My colleague offered us "Yoshinogawa"! It might have been my first time to drink it. It was fresh and gentle, with a nice refreshing taste with a touch of alsochrome ❗There are many breweries of Fukushima sake, so I am looking forward to meeting more 😊.

On a fine day, a good coworker invited me over to help him make charcoal ❗It was the first BBQ of the season 🥩. I brought along my first Hakudakesen (🍶). Mr. Jive gave it to me 😆. It was a bottle I wanted to try since it always looked so good on Kiri-ban! Thank you so much, Gyve-san 🙇. It has a gentle acidity and rice flavor and gently disappears ❗It is fresh but has a calm and mature feeling 👍"crisp, fluffy, and smooth" is a comfortable way to use the calculation 😋. Gybe, it is delicious! I really appreciate it 🙏.

When my friend from Akita came back to Japan, she gave me some local Akita sake as a souvenir 😆. I had never seen "Ginmon" before, but it was from Ryoseki Sake Brewery ❗Ryoseki Sake Brewery has so many kinds of sake 😋I'm so happy to have the first one ✌. I'd say it's modern classical or moist and delicious ❗It's also good 😋It has a nice local sake feel to it! But I would like to try the normal version with mosaic next time 😚.

It is sold in February, but I was curious about it after the change of the toji (master brewer) ❗I actually drank it a few times at izakaya (Japanese style pubs) 😅. As Takku0103 mentioned, the sweetness was a little less this year, giving it a more old-fashioned feel! This one is good too 😋I'm looking forward to see how it will be next year 😊.

I am very happy that a liquor store in Kushiro started selling Tenbi last year 😊The first so-called "Momoten" was on sale, so I bought it immediately 👍. I was with "Doragon" at the new year's work meeting and we brought it in and drank it together since I haven't been able to drink with Doragon recently 😁. It's so fruity 🍑It's like this when you bite into a lovely peach butt 😍Tenyo's beautiful peach butt is amazing 😚.

Sentori is only occasionally sold in my neighborhood, but I found a solid bottle and bought it: ‼️ The label on the back of the bottle says that it is "plain" and "rustic". It is certainly not flashy, but it has a pleasant acidity and umami.

Last month, I attended a get-together and farewell party after a business-related general meeting! It was a kind of a farewell party 😅. It was held at a bar run by a fisherman who has been a great help to me❗The owner gave me a bottle of Kamikimoto as a gift ‼️ It's been a long time since I've had Kamikimoto 😊. It's a bit classical and you can feel the delicious taste of rice 😋. The 4 years I spent at my former employer was a really great time with the community 😊I hope to come back 😂.

At my favorite pub 🍻🍻, there was a limited edition Kangiku sake at the end of the year. There was a limited edition sake of Kangiku at the end of the year, so I ordered it 😊Omachi 39% Jun Dai Nama Hara can't be bad 😊It was very tasty and sweet 😋. The Muryotsu Soba noodles we had to finish off the meal was delicious 😆 the sesame oil was very effective ❗I would like to eat it again 🤤.

I fell in love with the taste of Houjun from last year❗It is 100% Oita sake brewed with locally grown and loved "Oita Mitsui" ✨I can feel the romance ✨Matsuyama Mitsui from Ehime is famous, but there are so many different kinds of rice 😃. It is fresh, but I also felt the heaviness or firmness! I can feel many different flavors every time I drink it 🎵
