A few days ago, I participated in a volleyball tournament for my peers in East Hokkaido 🏐. The event was held in Atsugishi-cho! We had a little practice, but our team, with no one from the volleyball team, came out on the bottom 😵, but we had a great time playing 🎵. The next day, muscles around the hips and shoulders that we don't usually use were screaming 😨 and the day after that was the peak 😱muscle aches appear later every year 😅. After the tournament we had a get-together, and since we had some time to kill, we went to a izakaya owned by a colleague's father ‼️ and had a drink 🍶. There was a super dry sake called "Urakuyama", so we ordered it ❗ It's refreshing and tasty 😋 I'd like to pair it with a variety of meals ✨. I was in the mood to skip the party, but I had to go to the party 😅. I'd like to try Chikuma Nishiki brand 😊.

Purchased at my favorite Sagajo Shoten: ‼️ I thought it might be a wine type wine because it "goes well with cheese and meat" 🍷. It has a subtle sweetness, a clean flavor, and a nice sharpness 😋 It has a wine-like quality, but it still has a sake-like quality ❗I guess it's a good example of Niigata's beautifully light and dry taste 🎵. I paired it with cheetara and yakitori and it was perfect 😉. It's perfect with cheetara and yakitori 🆗 even with very fatty food ❗

My mother gave me a bottle of alcohol 🍶. I chose to get this one from the several bottles that were available! Yaeju! I've never had this sake before 🍶! A little more refreshing than Takashimizu ❗Good with sashimi etc. ❗Would be good heated up 🎵. I'm still happy to have my first 😁.

My mother gave me this sake when I went to my parents' house. It had been so long since I drank Takashimizu that I don't know when I last drank it ❗That was delicious 😋 after drinking it for a long time! I don't remember it being this good! I'm not sure how long it's been since I've had it 🎵. It's only 300ml and I finished it right away 😉.

One day when I was about to take a rest day, my colleague came to me with a bottle of sea urchin. ‼️ My colleague's wife's father is a kelp & sea urchin fisherman! Great 😆I have no choice but to drink it 😁. The drink was also a souvenir from my boss's trip to the Chugoku region 📦️ I've only had Gozenshu and Kamishin for Okayama sake so I was looking forward to it 🎵. It has a nice firm umami and a good acidity of arabashiri 😋 It was delicious~ ✌️ We had a lot of sake from my coworkers 😅

I went to my favorite pub with my juniors ‼️ I ordered Bunraku Reborn because it was on the menu 😊I had Jun Dai in a black bottle before and it was delicious 🎵The Jun Gin I got this time looks like a yellow bottle due to the lighting in the restaurant, but it is a clear bottle with a white label! The balance of sweetness and sourness is wonderful ❗It's elegant and refreshing, so it'll keep you coming back for more ✨.

Echizenmisaki "Tanabe Shuzo/Fukui Prefecture" meeting with the brewer: ‼️ The (hidden ⁉️)No. 4 bottle (🍶) that was left behind the bottle of sake 🍶 had a refreshingly light yet robust flavor that is typical of Gohyakumangoku 🎵. I wanted to go to the after-party after taking a picture with the brewer, but I had to leave the next day because I had to work 😭Dragon was off work the next day and joined the party! I wish I could have listened to more of his stories! I wish I could have listened to more of your stories! I am so happy that I could be a part of this great Sake party again! I'm so glad I was there 😆. Thank you Tanabe Sake Brewery, Sagashiro Shoten, and our town's sake master, Thank you so much 🙇.

This name is very straight in the Japanese sake market where there are many brands with horizontal letters or cool kanji characters ❗On the contrary, it's very cool 👍. I drank it once this year and it's so good 😋😋 The member who always join the sake party brought a sake heater and heated up the sake 🍶 and drank it 👍The introduction of sake by the toji, the story of sake brewing and the liquor store situation by the owner of Sagashiro store were very valuable ❗Educational I could listen to the sake stories forever ✨.

The name sounds like it belongs on the German national soccer team ⚽ Even though it's super dry, it's still sharp with a good umami and a nice sharpness 🎵It was held at an izakaya that I always go to, and it went perfectly with the seafood from the east of Hokkaido ❗I'm sure it will go perfectly with Fukui's seafood too 🎵 Eiheiji Town! Eiheiji Town! Eiheiji is a town with a long history as the gate town of the Soto sect of Buddhism! Celebrating Echizen-Misaki "Tanabe Sake Brewery/Fukui Prefecture" ‼️ Last week, Tanabe Brewery from Echizen-misaki came to our town 😆 It's so exciting to have a brewery from Fukui prefecture come to Doto 😂 Fukui 😲 The day before the meeting was held in Kushiro city, and the next day they came to our town! Last year we were so impressed with Kamishin Brewery's visit, and this time too 🎵It's so nice to see a sake brewery that cares about the countryside ✨. Thanks to the efforts of Tanabe Sake Brewery (pictured right), Sagashiro Shoten (pictured center), and Betsukai's sake BOS (the guy standing on the left), we were able to have a great time! We are truly grateful 😌. First of all, the rare Kuzuryu rice ❗Opening act is the best 👍Moderate sweetness and good umami ❗Beautiful but somewhat rugged 🎵The toji said that it is difficult to polish Kuzuryu rice 🤔I wonder if it is a characteristic of Kuzuryu rice! We are off to a great start 😊.

I'm so happy that my favorite liquor store now carries Kimura Sake from Akita 🎵. I bought this one, which I've never seen before❗❗ It's refreshing and easy to drink, so you can taste the umami and enjoy it while sipping. Yamaokaya also introduced a new limited time offer last month, Ginger Shoyu Ramen🍜 including toppings for almost 2000 yen, which is a must at Yamaokaya👍Order half a bowl of rice and the ramen is just a side dish😌.
