Tonight, we will open this bottle as it is the night before a three-day weekend 💁. Chiyonohana Special Junmai Sake Namazume 2024BY✨. This is a special junmai sake from the same brewery as the Imi. It looks like it was originally distributed in the prefecture, but thankfully it's becoming too popular with the Imi community. ☺️ I don't know the rice specs, but it has a sweet smell of white sugar and a slight pineapple nuance that I think is mainly from Ibi no Homare. The taste is also easy to drink as it has a rich sweet/umami base with a bitter, pungent, sharp taste in the second half 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Sugihara-san's sakes have a warmth that makes you feel relaxed 😉.

I appreciate the local brand of Sugihara Sake Brewery and the fact that local shipping is OK 🤗. It has a glossy sake quality, pineapple and melon aroma, rich koji aroma, and a rich, mellow taste 🤗. The bitterness rushes in to cover the sweetness and fades out slowly. It's sweet and thick and very drinkable 😚. One "service lees" was included in the package, so I melted it into the "white oshiruko" that I had frozen as a souvenir from Lake Toya and enjoyed it 😊Hoka~! It warmed my body from the core! This sake lees has a sweet aroma of pineapple and strawberries, and even the simple amazake was very tasty 😚.

Tsubu, here too 🐥. Dora-san's sake activity is outstanding 😉. The sake lees was a very pleasant quantity, but a nice service! The sake's unmistakable aroma and elegant flavor is also available at 👍🏻 The white bean paste milk soup stock also has depth 😋.

This sake is brewed by the same brewery as the Sagami. We compared this sake with the one we had left over from New Year's, and it tasted the same as the Sagami, both being full and sweet, but the Sagami had a more tangy aftertaste. The women in my family said it tasted better than the Sagami. Tomorrow is my birthday and we celebrated today.

Chiyonohana Shiboritate Special Junmai Sake. The aroma is a gorgeous mixture of cappuccino and iso. The taste is mellow on the tongue, with a spicy, strong sweetness characteristic of Sugihara Sake Brewery at first, mingled with a soft sweetness later, from which a gentle umami is felt. The taste is followed by a sense of bitterness, and this bitterness is the flavor that accompanies the meal in the sweetness. Overall, the body is a bit heavy, and it would definitely go well with regional food. It is a quintessential Urazumi flavor.

Before starting this season's Imi Sugihara Sake Brewery's local brand Chiyonohana🤗. Special Honjozo Shiboritate ✨🥂✨. The aroma is... sweet and pineapple-like 🍍🍍🍍🍍. The mouthfeel is sweet 😙. Sourness from the sweetness, and a strong alcohol taste. Somewhat hard feeling... I paired it with pumpkin 🎃 salad. The lingering aroma is very nice... 🎃. Yes, this is delicious 😘♡♡♡ As the temperature rises The sweet fruity aroma comes out. It becomes a sweet and juicy sake. ❣️ The sweetness is getting stronger and stronger. But it has a nice sharpness so you can keep drinking it. I heard that the second day is the best time to drink it. I'm going to enjoy the taste change. And on the second day... I couldn't drink it💦. Here it is on the third day. Very fruity aroma 😘. Tastes so sweet and juicy 😘. Today, the 4th day I drank it at room temperature 😙. Rich fruity aroma Even richer than the 3rd day. Sweet and juicy with a little bitterness And a touch of alcohol. This is not bad at all 😚. I still have some left. I'll enjoy it for a few more days.

This is brewed by Sugihara Shuzo, the same brewery for Ibi. Most of people would want to get Ibi, however this bottle is comparable with it. It's a cloudy sake and rich fruity like apples, which makes me want more cups. Really great sake 🍶

For the first time, I reserved and purchased sake directly from the local Sugihara Sake Brewery. It is freshly pressed sake. Melon-like aroma from the first sip. Both sides of the bottom are numb, and the umami flavor comes with a zdong. Delicious! It's so delicious! If I could drink such good sake, I would make a reservation and buy it regularly. It goes well with cream cheese marinated in molasses and anything else, but it goes really well with this. It is a strong and delicious sake that envelopes strong snacks.

Even though it is a special junmai, it has a slightly nice aroma on the palate. It has a mild taste even though it is freshly pressed. And yet, like a special junmai, it goes well with hot pot. This is very delicious. If it tastes this good, then Imi must be...very tasty.
