The taste is thick and mellow on the tongue, with a strong sweetness and acidity that is characteristic of the Sugihara Sake Brewery at first, followed by a soft sweetness.
In the latter half, there is a momentary seme and bitterness, and the bitterness of this bitterness is a taste that accompanies the sweetness of the meal.
Overall, the body is a bit heavy and would definitely go well with regional food.
It is a quintessential Urazumi taste.

This sake is distributed within the prefecture by Imi, but it is a junmai ginjo-type sake 🍶.
The aroma is a loud ginjo aroma with a tropical pineapple aroma that is typical of Sugihara's production. The taste has a sweet and juicy impact, but the middle to bitter dryness makes it strangely light and easy to drink, which is Sugihara's magic🪄😋😋😋😋🪄😋.
Really, the taste is almost the same as that of the Imi, so I am very grateful to be able to drink this one when I want to without having to fight in vain for the premium 😊.

The ginjo aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of grain, characteristic of the Sugihara Sake Brewery.
The top clear finish has a firm, thick texture with a sharp sweetness and umami. The acidity with a good body comes later, leaving a little of the sharp sweetness but with a good sharpness.
When the cage is mixed, it conversely becomes smoother.
The sharp sweetness increases a little, but the umami and moderate acidity are well balanced and lead to a sharp aftertaste.
The same sharp sweetness remains in the aftertaste, but it is not an unpleasant sweetness, and there is a good lingering sweetness similar to that of Hana-yoku.

This is a special junmai sake from the same brewery as the Imi. It looks like it was originally distributed in the prefecture, but thankfully it's becoming too popular with the Imi community. ☺️
I don't know the rice specs, but it has a sweet smell of white sugar and a slight pineapple nuance that I think is mainly from Ibi no Homare. The taste is also easy to drink as it has a rich sweet/umami base with a bitter, pungent, sharp taste in the second half 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
Sugihara-san's sakes have a warmth that makes you feel relaxed 😉.
I appreciate the local brand of Sugihara Sake Brewery and the fact that local shipping is OK 🤗.

We compared this sake with the one we had left over from New Year's, and it tasted the same as the Sagami, both being full and sweet, but the Sagami had a more tangy aftertaste.
