Tasake Comet July 23rd is my wife's birthday 🎂 I couldn't prepare sake for my wife, So today we will focus on Tasake's Comet. Tengumai Super Spicy Junmai Sake We had good bonito, This is a good bonito 🤔. I looked for a sake to go with the bonito tataki I found this sake in the fridge. When I drank sake for Noto Peninsula Earthquake and Sake Brewery Reconstruction Support Sake I was curious and bought this Tengu Mai's super spicy ✌️ When I poured it into a glass It's not clear, but it's like an old sake. It has a heavy mouthfeel with a little sweetness. It has a dry aftertaste with a nice sharpness. From the image of "super-harsh," I thought it would be drier. I thought it would be drier. But it has a firm taste. But it matched well with bonito tataki. It was a good match and delicious ✨. The fourth photo I've been curious about this for a while. Daishouken's Jiro style. I finally got to try it ✨ One sip and "wow"! Without saying it out loud, I handed the glass to my wife. She said, "Delicious!" Without returning the glass, I took two or three sips. It has a sweet and savory taste, but not too sweet. Not too sweet, but just right. I don't feel sourness and bitterness so much. This is a great wine! I'll be back to celebrate some milestone 🥂 with this sake. This sake is a must 👍 Third photo. Let's have fun! ✌️ I drank MONSOON and was quite curious about Sensation, Sensation, which I was quite curious about. On this day, only BLACK was available. I've been drinking a lot of clear nigori and dry sake recently, so it's been a while since I've had a sweet sake. I felt sweetness for the first time in a long time. The taste was crisp from the mid-palate with a good acidity. I served it with sashimi because I had some good yellowtail. I served it with sashimi, but it was a little too sweet to pair with it.
