Following on from September
I went to Yamanashi again in October: ✌️
From this time, we changed partners.
(Not that my wife has changed 😁)
For about 9 years, nearly 170,000km
It has taken me to many places...
Thank you Prius Alpha 😭
And RAV4, thank you from now on!
First white car in my life😊.
First time driving in Yamanashi, so nervous!
Last time I was in Yamanashi was around Kawaguchiko,
This time let's go deeper 💪.
At Kinseiken's main store,
I went to Kinseiken Honsen and bought a top quality raw Shingenmochi, which I couldn't buy last time.
After that, we went to a liquor store.
Since it was Sunday, many of them were closed,
We went to Saegusa Sake Shop.
They had Shinsei last time, but not this time,
I managed to buy a bottle of "Tadashi". ✌️
For Fuku's walk
We went to Nishiko Iyashi no Sato Neba.
I thought the scenery of thatched-roof houses would match Fuku.
I thought it would be a good match for Fuku.
What a surprise!
I ran into a local festival at the roadside station where I stopped for shopping.

The first one,
Junmai Hi-ire
This is the third bottle of Junmai, following the unfiltered raw sake.
Fruity aroma with a hint of sweetness.
It has a fresh yet soft mouthfeel with just the right amount of sweetness and umami.
It has a moderate sweetness and umami flavor,
It has a firm taste.
The acidity that can be felt in the latter half of the bottle is also very good.
Following the Junmai, this one is also delicious ✨.
