My wife drank it and said, "Amazing!!!" and It has a characteristic sourness that is typical of Sentori. I heard that many people like this Sentori-like taste. But personally, I would like I would prefer a little more sweetness and less acidity... 10 days after opening the bottle The freshness is still there. A little sweetness is coming out. I like this one better. January 1 with hand-rolled sushi, I've been addicted to making char siu pork lately: ✌️ My daughter told me about another bottle of sake. I opened another bottle of sake to go with sashimi 😁.

Eikun Junmai Super Dry This is the last review of this year. I didn't prepare any particular sake, I didn't prepare any particular sake, so I had some Shizuoka sake in the fridge 😁.
