Overall 9 (out of 10) This is my first time drinking this sake 🍶. This sake was sold in a set with Hanyokyu following the last Koshuyu 😅. According to the description. The description says: "A gentle aroma of juicy apples, a voluptuous, ripe and elegant sweetness, and a clear acidity leading to a finish that creates a luxurious taste." 😃. Delicious as before ❣️😋 Gentle spicy-sweet 👍 The beginning of the drink is spicy and a little bitter, and the sweetness is moderate but effective 👍. The lingering aftertaste is a bit bitter and adult bitter 👍 The sake sold as a set with Huayoukou is very good (Huayoukou equivalent)❣️😋 I had it chilled. The aroma is very nice. -Aroma: Slightly acidic ginjo aroma👍 -Aroma: Slight bitterness on the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 3 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 2 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 2 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1 -Rice flavor: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1 Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Small number = light and smooth Large number = thick and rich (5 is the maximum)

There is no zero in shinsaku3's evaluation value! Yes, it contains all the complex flavors and you can feel them in your mouth, on your whole tongue, in your throat nasal cavity the moment you drink it 🩷Today I had yuansan grilled mackerel with yuzu and sweet vinegared radish that I received! Delicious 😋!

Hi shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃! I am very lucky that you are selling a set of HANAYO BATH for Nanamizu! That's lucky for you 🤗From our point of view, it wouldn't be strange if the set of Nanamizu was Hana-yosuyu 😆 So congratulations on your first Nanamizu ㊗️ 🎉.

Overall 9 (out of 10) This is my first time drinking this sake 🍶. This sake was sold as a set with hana-yosu😅. According to the description. "Natural flavor and juicy acidity on the tongue. It has a noble fruit aroma reminiscent of grapefruit and a light taste with a delicate, cool sweetness." 😃. Delicious ❣️😋 Light and dry 👍. Slightly tangy and spicy, I see, grapefruit-like acidity + astringency, and a quietly supportive sweetness. And 14 degrees of tenderness👍😋. The sake sold as a set with Hana-yosu is very good ❣️😋 I had it chilled. I was surprised by the aroma of the sake. -Aroma: Pungent and a little bit of ginjo aroma👍 -The aroma is a bit pungent and has a slight pungency that passes through the nose. Overall 9 (out of 10) A person from Miyasaka Brewery was at the liquor store, so I bought it while listening to a lot of stories According to the description The description says, "Enjoy the intense and powerful flavor. According to the description, "Enjoy the intense and powerful flavor. It is delicious. ❣️😋 Spicy and sweet with a strong and dominant spiciness. It comes with a bang 😅, but the sweetness behind the spiciness is mildly offset by the spiciness. According to the "Miyasaka Brewing Magazine" that I received from Miyasaka Brewing, if you let it mature for a year, it will become more mature and tasty again! Overall 10 (out of 10) For the 250 check-in milestone, I chose the Hana-yoso ❣️😃, a sake from my hometown of Saitama, but which I couldn't drink for a long time. It's delicious ❣️😋 It's sweet, it's umami, it's spicy and astringent. Each works together to create a total delicious 😋. This sense of coordination, I have the impression that it is similar to Jikin, where all the flavors are completed in chord! It is a little bit like a sweet and delicious version of Jikin 👍😋. I served it chilled. The aroma I felt was -Aroma: Aroma of rice and a little bit of rummy aroma👍 -Aroma: Aroma of rice and a little bitterness. Overall 10 (out of 10) This is the first sake I've ever had. It is a sake brewery that has been revived as a craft sake in the modern age after 100 years of history! According to the description The secondary ingredient is germinated brown glutinous rice produced in Shiwa Town. It has an aroma very close to that of sake, and you can enjoy its dignified, gorgeous aroma and fresh sweetness. according to the brewery's description. Delicious 😋. Good aroma👍 Sweetness, umami, and spiciness with an independent presence that does not mix with the sweetness. And yet it is clear and transparent with a simple "water" feeling. The final taste is a little bit rummy, and it closes with the taste of rum. I got such an impression👍😋😋. It was served chilled. The aroma I felt was -Aroma: Aroma of rice and a little bit of rummy 👍 -Aroma: A slight spiciness and bitterness that passes through the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: Start 1 → Lingering 2 -Sweetness: Beginning 2→ Lingering 2 -Sourness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 1 at the beginning 1→ Lingering 1 -Rice flavor: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light and smooth Large number = thick and rich (5 is the maximum)

Overall 9 (out of 10) It's very calm today, so I'm going to have a petit outdoors & lunch only on the balcony of my new house ☀️🍶. The sound of the Hachiko line running in front of us adds to the atmosphere of a Showa-era izakaya (pub) under the guard, which is a luxury 😆. The sake we had was Kudokibe No. 40! I love this sake too! I've had 29, 33, and 44 in the past and they were all delicious 😋👍. This time No. 40 is also delicious 😋. At the beginning, the sweetness is the main taste, but soon a slight astringency and bitterness follows, and it is not only sweet but also delicious 👍. It's not just a sharp taste, but you can enjoy the aftertaste 😃. I'm sure you're good at that 😆. I had it chilled. Overall 10 (out of 10) We had our first Tottori sake with the first new sake of the year😃. Pekho-san got it from a liquor store😃. According to the sake brewery's website. You can taste the juiciness of a whole fruit bite! The flavor profile is clear and the sake is great with miso and hot pot. It is also recommended to drink it on the rocks. Delicious 😋. A sweet and delicious sake that can cut through 👍. Similar impression to yesterday's Kuheiji, but whereas yesterday's Kuheiji was more astringent, this Chiyomusubi has a spicier taste and, as the description says, has a clearer outline of sweet, umami, and spiciness 😋👍. I served it chilled. The aroma I felt was -Aroma: Ginjo aroma 👍 -Aroma: Slightly pungent aroma that passes through the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum). -Spiciness: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 3 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 -Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light Bigger number = thicker (5 is the maximum)

Overall 10 (out of 10) We completed our move today😃. But it's only about a 5 minute walk away 😅. The sake I pulled out to celebrate is from Aichi prefecture where Pekho and I have our parents' home, Kuheiji🍶. It's delicious 😋. Cutting sweet-umami type👍 The main taste is sweet and umami, but it also has an astringent and spicy taste that is not so obvious but works well in the background so that it doesn't end there 👍👍. I had it chilled. The aroma I felt was -Aroma: Ginjo aroma👍 -Aroma: Slightly astringent taste on the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum). -Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1 -Rice flavor: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light Bigger number = thicker (5 is the maximum)

Overall 9 (out of 10) The first installment of IMADEYA's Sake Subscription GUITTO was sent today and I had it right away 😃. According to the description. The description says, "Enjoy a slightly glamorous Garakudai with a refined aroma and acidity profile while maintaining the light and elegant style that is typical of Garakudai. It's a little bit glamorous. It is a dry sake that can be enjoyed while enjoying the robust ginjo aroma. It is slightly tangy and dry, but not punchy and dry. That's the impression I got 😋. I served it chilled. The aroma I got from the bottle is as follows. -Aroma: A strong ginjo aroma 👍 -Aroma: Slight spiciness on the nose. Overall 9 (out of 10) I got my first Ehime sake😃. According to the description The description of Ehime Sake says: "The image of a calm and tranquil late autumn. Please enjoy the gentle flavor nurtured over time with seasonal delicacies and the changing of the seasons in peace and quiet. according to the description. Deliciously spicy 😋. The smoothness does not interfere with the taste of food. The sake is a dry sake that has been rounded off from a dry sake to make it round and gently dry as the description says, with a moderate but well-defined umami 👍. That's the impression I got 😋. Overall 9 (out of 10) This is the 4th Echigo Den'emon brand we have had 😋. The brewery's motto is "Back to the Basics" 👍. They are currently researching how to make sake that does not conform to trends. According to the description The greenish ginjo aroma brings a cool sensation to the palate. The sweetness and texture of the rice is also a key element of the sake. According to the brewery, "We're working on making a sake that doesn't pander to the trend. It is also dry. ❗️ Compared to the Toyosaka we had the other day, it is less astringent and has the same sharpness and clarity, but has less punch and is easier to drink 😋. Pekho-san, who loves dry sake, is very pleased with the comparison of the three types of Den-emon 😊. It was served chilled! The aroma I felt was... -Aroma: Slightly ginjo and spicy. -Aroma: Slight hint of rice flavor. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1 -Rice flavor: 2 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light Bigger number = thicker (5 is the maximum)

It seems more astringent and fruity than greenish, i.e., grape🍇. It is a little lighter than the other two, but it is very assertive! The taste of sake changes every moment depending on the combination of food, temperature, and the time since the bottle was opened.

Overall 9 (out of 10) Reborn and Restarted Sake Brewery, brewing only Junmai-Ginjo all by themselves in Niigata! This is one of the breweries we like to support at ❗️ 💪. According to the description. "A full-bodied, cool sake that you'll never get tired of drinking". According to the description, it is "a sake with fullness and coolness that never gets old. It is dry ❗️ I'm a lover of sweet and tasty sake, but I like this Den-emon dry sake 😋👍. Like Mishaguchi, I got the impression that it is not classic, but has a sharp, punchy, clear taste with a touch of rice umami in the back 👍. The Mishaguchi has a slightly aged taste (reminiscent of Shaoxing sake) added to it. Den-emon dry, I liked it👍 I had it chilled. Overall 6 (out of 10) After yesterday's first Shimane, we had our first Tokushima sake 😃. According to the description. The description says: "Fresh, lush, juicy sweetness, rich acidity and umami, as if you had a white grape on your cheek. It has a very cohesive taste with juicy sweetness, rich acidity and umami, as if you had a white grape in your mouth". For me personally, it has a slightly unpleasant taste 😋. Strong acidity, astringency, and a bit of spiciness spread out as soon as you drink it. It tastes like a rich white wine. And some umami taste appears in the aftertaste. I got such an impression! It might be good with dishes that go well with white wine. It was served chilled. My impression of the aroma -Aroma on the nose: Astringent aroma -Aroma: Slightly astringent taste that passes through the nose. Overall 9 (out of 10) I had my first Shimane sake 🍶😃. I got it from Pekho-san. According to the description of the sake shop It's a "fruity and full of flavor" sake! Delicious 😋. It is a light, astringent and delicious 🍶. More of a sense of breadth than a sense of depth. Simple and straight rather than complex and harmonious Consistent throughout rather than a change in flavor. The astringency brings out the umami of the rice in a good way. I got such an impression 😋. It was gone in no time at all😅 I served it chilled.
