Overall 10 (out of 10)
We had our first Tottori sake with the first new sake of the year😃.
Pekho-san got it from a liquor store😃.
According to the sake brewery's website.
You can taste the juiciness of a whole fruit bite!
The flavor profile is clear and the sake is great with miso and hot pot.
It is also recommended to drink it on the rocks.
Delicious 😋.
A sweet and delicious sake that can cut through 👍.
Similar impression to yesterday's Kuheiji, but whereas yesterday's Kuheiji was more astringent, this Chiyomusubi has a spicier taste and, as the description says, has a clearer outline of sweet, umami, and spiciness 😋👍.
I served it chilled.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: Ginjo aroma 👍
-Aroma: Slightly pungent aroma that passes through the nose.
