Overall 9 (out of 10)
This is the 4th Echigo Den'emon brand we have had 😋.
The brewery's motto is "Back to the Basics" 👍.
They are currently researching how to make sake that does not conform to trends.
According to the description
The greenish ginjo aroma brings a cool sensation to the palate.
The sweetness and texture of the rice is also a key element of the sake.
According to the brewery, "We're working on making a sake that doesn't pander to the trend.
It is also dry. ❗️
Compared to the Toyosaka we had the other day, it is less astringent and has the same sharpness and clarity, but has less punch and is easier to drink 😋.
Pekho-san, who loves dry sake, is very pleased with the comparison of the three types of Den-emon 😊.
It was served chilled!
The aroma I felt was...
-Aroma: Slightly ginjo and spicy.
-Aroma: Slight hint of rice flavor.

It seems more astringent and fruity than greenish, i.e., grape🍇. It is a little lighter than the other two, but it is very assertive! The taste of sake changes every moment depending on the combination of food, temperature, and the time since the bottle was opened.

Good evening, shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃.
Denemon is strongly remembered by us because of your support 📣 ‼️ We who like dry taste also want to try it, but I wonder if it is sold in Utsunomiya area 🤔.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
I checked Den-emon's website and it seems that they have very few distributors and none in Tochigi prefecture.... 😭
I don't know why there is a special distributor in Saitama 😅
There is one store in Chiba (Yajima Sake Shop) but I'm worried about their stock 😟.
