This sake is from a sake brewery on Iki Island, a remote island located between Kyushu and Tsushima 😲.
Pekho-san, who was aiming for Hana-yosu, was brought along by a young female clerk at the liquor store who said "I think it's better than Hana-yosu ❣️" 😅.

It is a taste of the Seimasamune lineage.
Seimasamune has a heavy sweetness, but the sweetness of this sake is light and clear👍.
It has a slightly strong sweetness with the umami of the rice and a slight spiciness 👍😋 that rises at the same time.
It was served chilled.
