We completed our move today😃.
But it's only about a 5 minute walk away 😅.
The sake I pulled out to celebrate is from Aichi prefecture where Pekho and I have our parents' home, Kuheiji🍶.
It's delicious 😋.

The main taste is sweet and umami, but it also has an astringent and spicy taste that is not so obvious but works well in the background so that it doesn't end there 👍👍.
I had it chilled.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: Ginjo aroma👍
-Aroma: Slightly astringent taste on the nose.

-Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste
-Sweetness: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste
-Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste

-Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1
-Rice flavor: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste

Sake Master Jay & Nobby ❤️ finally got to toast ‼️ moving the fridge and moving our sake was the most nerve wracking part 😆 we managed to get settled and the party is back 🙌 and we hope the Sake Goodwill Ambassadors are doing well 🥰🍶.
