I'm a lover of sweet and tasty sake, but I like this Den-emon dry sake 😋👍.
Like Mishaguchi, I got the impression that it is not classic, but has a sharp, punchy, clear taste with a touch of rice umami in the back 👍.
The Mishaguchi has a slightly aged taste (reminiscent of Shaoxing sake) added to it.
Den-emon dry, I liked it👍
