Overall 10 (out of 10)
This is the first sake I've ever had.
It is a sake brewery that has been revived as a craft sake in the modern age after 100 years of history!
According to the description
The secondary ingredient is germinated brown glutinous rice produced in Shiwa Town.
It has an aroma very close to that of sake, and you can enjoy its dignified, gorgeous aroma and fresh sweetness.
according to the brewery's description.
Delicious 😋.
Good aroma👍
Sweetness, umami, and spiciness with an independent presence that does not mix with the sweetness.
And yet it is clear and transparent with a simple "water" feeling.
The final taste is a little bit rummy, and it closes with the taste of rum.
I got such an impression👍😋😋.
It was served chilled.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: Aroma of rice and a little bit of rummy 👍
-Aroma: A slight spiciness and bitterness that passes through the nose.

Wednesday was supposed to be a rest day, but it turned out to be an exception day because I bought some seafood at Kadokami Gyorui 🍣🐟🙌😍 so I happily emptied a four-pack 💖 it was delicious ‼️

Hi shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃.
I've never seen it before but I'm curious about the 10 points of goodness 😋 I'd love to try it!
And it sounds good... exception day 😆.
We too had an exception day last night and enjoyed the heated sake 🍶 😚.
