Overall 9 (out of 10) Purchased at Nakameguro Isego Honten This has nothing to do with sake, but it is located near our favorite ramen shop, Hyakumen Nakameguro 🍜. According to the website, "It has a refreshing taste with a crisp, clean acidity and a citrusy, fruity flavor. It's a nice blend of crisp, refreshing spiciness and the tangy taste of rice. It is not the sweet and tasty type that I like, but it strongly appeals to the clear dry taste. I got the impression that it is a clear and refreshing blend of spiciness and rice flavor alone. I think I'm going to like dry sake as well. ❤️ I had it chilled. The aroma I felt was  -Aroma: Cemedine type  -Aroma: Cemedine type aroma that goes into the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum)  -Spiciness: 3 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste  -Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0  -Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→1 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker and richer (5 is the maximum)

Cute stickers of mosquito coils 😍Today we started the party with a copy of Nagoya's famous chicken wings, Sekai no Yamachan's Pekko! The party never stops and the bottle of Kusama was opened with a little leftover Tenryo from the day before yesterday and the leftover 400th from yesterday! We will continue the party by baking a maple cheese baquette. ❤️

I bought Fukkai, which I liked the last time I drank it, because they have a sparkling version. I'm looking forward to it. Nice aroma of melon. Not too strong, but refreshing and nice. The gasiness is not too strong, but it is enough for a sparkling wine. Gentle sweetness. Of course there is an assertion of acidity, but this crisp sweetness is impressive. The acidity is refreshing and goes down smoothly. It finishes with a delicious bitterness. It is dry and not flashy, but the level is really high. This is a new trend in non-caps. High expectations for the future!

I remember the same thing from last year, but I was still attracted by the beauty of this bottle and bought it again this year. The fragrance is a nice muscat scent. I like it. The gasiness is not too strong nor too weak. Sweet and crisp, with a strong acidity! Much better than last year! The acidity continues in the second half of the bottle, but it finishes pleasantly. Very satisfying! Definitely in the top 10 of this season. So delicious that I drank too much yesterday and went down....

Stable red-built seasonal products, purchased again this year. The aroma is quite crisp and capricious. You may not come across this level of freshness very often. The gasiness is not so strong, which makes it more refreshing. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong. It is crisp with a sourness. As it warms up, the acidity continues until the latter half of the bottle. It is a delicious wine with nothing to say. I feel like I've been buying only Akabu and Senkyoku lately, but it can't be helped because they are delicious. And I bought another bottle of Akabu a few days ago.

Opened a bottle of Sairai seasonal sake. It is low-alcohol, so I'm looking forward to it. On the first day, I felt a rather harsh alcohol taste, but it calmed down on the second day and became easier to drink. The aroma was the usual lactic acid type, but a little less so. A little gassy. Both sweetness and sourness are strong, but the sourness is more impressive. The strong acidity is followed by a giggly taste, and finishes with a mixture of bitterness and a sense of alcohol. On the third day, the alcohol content increases significantly. It is difficult to determine when it is time to drink...

The annual twilight orange. It is like a notice that summer has arrived. The aroma is mild. Slightly lactic and a bit citrusy. Slightly gassy. Crisp sweetness and a little strong acidity. Fukuda, which had been on my mind for a while, has been renewed and changed to Fukkai. This one! I thought, and purchased it with my intention. When I smelled the aroma from the mouth of the bottle, it was a capsule type aroma. I assumed it would be the usual apple/pineapple, but was surprised to find that it was not such a common aroma. Complex flavors spread out. A little gassy. Sweetness comes first. But there is no unpleasantness. When the temperature rises, acidity prevails. The acidity quickly disappears, but the mysterious flavor at the end is particularly impressive. It is neither bitter nor harsh, but bitter and spicy. This sake is new territory for me, and I'm glad I bought it on a whim. I'll be checking out more Fukkai in the future.
