The first day of a three-day weekend to buy new sake: ☺️
The other day I drank Tomikyunaga's Akisakura, which was shockingly delicious, so I asked myself, "Is Tomikyunaga's new sake good, too?" So I tried it at a corner store.
It had a fruity aroma and a rather clear flavor and acidity. I guess it is suitable for a mealtime sake. It was a little different from what I was looking for today, so I will try the shugobin another time. 👋🏻
Hi Yojiro, nice to meet you. I was also surprised by the taste of Akisakura the other day and was wondering about purchasing the new sake from Kochira. I didn't realize you tried it at a corner store👍.
Good morning, studying 😃Akisakura was shockingly good, wasn't it? I'm glad to know that 🤝New sake is brewed like this. I recommend you to visit the corner!
fruity flavor
Sweet aroma, thick attack. Fruity and umami mouthfeel. It is easy to drink and leaves a lingering aftertaste in the throat.
It is a stylish umami-guchi sake 🤣.
The label says
A blend of "rough and tumble" and "blame"...
Blame...?
I'm scared of what kind of responsibility I'm going to be held accountable for.

Postscript 📝Study time!
I was taught some sake terms.
Arabashiri, nakadori, and blame.
I understand that it means to blame with pressure.
Fusion of "arabashiri" and "blame"?
I knew what "fusion" meant, but I didn't know what it was a fusion of😅.

But nothing too much.
It was a delicious drink!
