Overall 9 (out of 10)
It's very calm today, so I'm going to have a petit outdoors & lunch only on the balcony of my new house ☀️🍶.
The sound of the Hachiko line running in front of us adds to the atmosphere of a Showa-era izakaya (pub) under the guard, which is a luxury 😆.
The sake we had was Kudokibe No. 40!
I love this sake too!
I've had 29, 33, and 44 in the past and they were all delicious 😋👍.
This time No. 40 is also delicious 😋.
At the beginning, the sweetness is the main taste, but soon a slight astringency and bitterness follows, and it is not only sweet but also delicious 👍.
It's not just a sharp taste, but you can enjoy the aftertaste 😃.
I'm sure you're good at that 😆.
I had it chilled.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: Aroma of rice 👍
-Aroma: Slight spiciness and bitterness that passes through the nose.

Good evening, ma-ki-san. ❣️It was a happy time with the autumn breeze blowing 🍁 Recently, the topic of whether we need a rest day or something like that was brought up, as the two of us are quickly emptying a four-pack of bottles.
We talked about whether we should have a "rest day" or not. We talked about whether we need to have a "rest day" or not, like if it's during the day, it's ok. ‼️
