First time in Aichi Prefecture & First time in Joshipin Kuheiji We received a bottle of limited-edition sake, light nigori! Immediately after opening the bottle I expected the sweetness to come to the forefront due to the light nigori, but instead of sweetness, fresh and clean acidity and the umami of the rice spread. It finishes with a lingering bitterness. It is a masterpiece of perfection. Of course, it can be easily matched with any dishes, Japanese, Western, or Chinese. I will reserve a bottle for next year.

I was thrilled to receive Yamamoto-sama No. 6 yeast last year at an outside drinking party, and this year I was also able to meet fate 💖. We met my husband's aunt yesterday and she shared with us her husband's grandmother's secret recipe ‼️ potato salad and squid dumplings 💖 It's bound to be delicious, really 🥰! And what a great idea to pair it with Akita sake today, as my grandma is from Akita 🙌❤️ Potato salad goes so well with it! This pairing is so strong and impressive✨Grandma indeed👍My husband was very happy too‼️ Boiled Chicken with Mustard Sauce: the astringency of the mustard disappeared nicely ⭕️, the squid dumplings should have been grilled to crispy 🧐It goes well with the juicy fat of the Chicken Tang, and yes, Mr. Yamamoto, it's just delicious 🎉! After this, I made boiled chicken soup to finish off the meal with mini ramen 🍜. Impressions of the sake by itself are in charge of shinsake3 💕.

It's like an adult Shinsei with a lingering spiciness 👍. It doesn't try to impress with features like sweet and tasty or dry. This is sake ❗️🍶 That's what it's trying to appeal to me👍. My late grandmother's potato salad born and raised in Akita Pekho-san, who learned the secret recipe from her aunt, has successfully recreated the taste of her grandmother's potato salad! The taste of her grandmother brought back to life! A perfect match with this sake from Akita: ‼️ I had it with tears in my eyes as I remembered my childhood and the drunkenness that came with it! I found 💕HinaHanaMama posted a pink Nagi💓 that looked soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo delicious! HinaHanaMama gave us a wonderful comment and we are both so touched and thankful 🥂 Cheers 🥰. I thought about the taste of Pink Nagi💓 imagining sweet potato potage, sweet potato sticks, spinach and chikuwa in Japanese soup stock, and for the main course, grilled beef with butter and black pepper 👍💖! The sweetness of the sweet potato is pink 🩷 calm 👏 something impressive 👏 ‼️ goes well with the flavor of butter! And when I had a conversation with HinaHanaMama in the comments about dessert at Pink🩷Nagi, she suggested "Sakura Mochi", so I made sure to prepare it 🌸😍! Hi 💓Of course it is the best marriage! The aroma of the sakura mochi, the sweetness of the sweet bean paste, and most importantly, the harmony of the salted sakura leaves, combined with the depth of sweetness and bitterness of the Nagi were exquisite 💖. (Of course I got two of the three sakura mochi 😋) Today was the first time I learned that there are both Kansai and Kanto styles of sakura mochi! Impressions of the sake by itself are in charge of shinsake3 💕.

I would love to try the pairing of the sake making Edo-bari, too! It's a sake that makes you imagine 😍. Today's salad is salted Chinese cabbage tossed with sesame oil, dried bonito flakes, and roasted sesame seeds. The saltiness and sesame flavor must have been on the Edo dining table. ❤️ It looks like pickles! Simple nice pairing👍 The chicken was marinated with lemon, olive oil and black pepper, grilled and served with mustard! So! The first thing I put in my mouth was the mustard and Senkou-sama✨This combination was so exciting💓❣️ mustard has both bitterness and sourness, so it added a slight sweetness to this Senkou-sama which has no sweetness💖It may not have been around in the Edo period, but I would love to go back and suggest it❣️ Lastly, I would like to introduce our potatoes😆. Potatoes deep fried and sprinkled with corn cream soup powder as seasoning 🥰This is a B-grade dish, but you should try it with konpota on the potatoes. ‼️It's surprisingly good. ‼️ If you're in the mood for a fried dish, this is an easy and simple way to get it without being heavy 😍. I was really looking forward to my first visit to Sentori in a long time 💖The taste is just as lovely as when I first discovered sake 🥰🥰❤️

Overall 10 (out of 10) We had our first Tottori sake with the first new sake of the year😃. Pekho-san got it from a liquor store😃. According to the sake brewery's website. You can taste the juiciness of a whole fruit bite! The flavor profile is clear and the sake is great with miso and hot pot. It is also recommended to drink it on the rocks. Delicious 😋. A sweet and delicious sake that can cut through 👍. Similar impression to yesterday's Kuheiji, but whereas yesterday's Kuheiji was more astringent, this Chiyomusubi has a spicier taste and, as the description says, has a clearer outline of sweet, umami, and spiciness 😋👍. I served it chilled. The aroma I felt was  -Aroma: Ginjo aroma 👍  -Aroma: Slightly pungent aroma that passes through the nose. Today's sake is Igarashi, which I purchased before the Golden Week holidays and put to sleep 😊. It was very easy to drink and tasty, with just the right amount of sweetness and not too sour 🥰. Too much drinking for a low-alcoholic drink ⚠️ Next time I see it, I'll buy it immediately 😍. Alcohol content: 13%. Overall 9 (out of 10) Go🚗 to a liquor store for my first sake from my first prefecture. This liquor store is always friendly and helpful 😃. I came here looking for sake from my first prefecture 😃. I innocently told him that I was looking for a sake from my first prefecture 😃 and he brought this guy from the back of the store 😳. This was a brand I had added to my wish list 🍶 after seeing Jay & Nobby's post earlier, so I bought it without hesitation 🍶. First time drinking a Yamanashi-shu 🍶 It's delicious 😋. It has a light astringent taste with a touch of Yamahai. I can feel a certain rice flavor in the back of it. This impression lasts from the beginning to the end. I felt a sense of flatness and breadth rather than a sense of depth. I felt such an impression 😋. I served it chilled.
