Souvenir from my daughter She tasted it and said it was delicious. I drank it without much expectation, but it was gorgeous, yet refreshing and delicious. I was a little surprised. It's good because it also has a sake-like taste. My daughter made a good choice, but she is a little reluctant to taste it.

Hello, Nochi-san! Your daughter's choice is a bit tough - but it's delicious, so a good sense of smell for good sake is in your DNA 😁✨✨.

Kariho no Kai We enjoyed the Kariho sales staff as they carefully explained the process to us. Kariho is hard water Dewazuru has soft water. The places where they are made are also far apart. Hetten (Yamato Shizuku) is a special version of the Dewatsuru base. All of them were a good match for the meal. Among them, the Hetoten aged sake (which seems to have been forgotten at Koyama Shoten) and the Kawasemi autumnal rise were the best of the lot.

Good evening, Nochi-san😄. Kariho no Kai ‼️ It's interesting to see a sake brewery that brews separately with hard water and soft water 🎶. It's a valuable association that you don't see very often even in Akita ☺️ I like it!

Good morning, T.KISO. It was a good meeting that enhanced the image of Kariho by several levels. The food was also delicious. 🍽️ The next meeting will be in November and it will be at Isshaku-Suisei in Akita again. I am really looking forward to it.

Hanpukai Sake The label says Kiku-zakari, the sakenowa says Tokikumori. I believe the label. Last year it had a classic impression, but this year it feels modern fruity. Maybe it was my physical condition, but it was different from my image. I enjoyed it very much. I drank it while playing mahjong and got very drunk. Double soup with pork and beef bones? Is it basically pork? It was thick and tasty. It went well with thin noodles.

The label is said to be a butterfly that goes over the ocean to Taiwan. I thought it looked like the original tattoo. There's something dark about the label. I drank it thinking it was the Oku brand, but it was totally different. It's sweet. On the way home, I took the express and finished up with beer and a set of pork-style snacks. I love how easy these snacks are.

I can't read it! They say the sake is particular about rice production. Received from the internet🤪. I have the impression that it is not Osaka-like. It has no cloying taste. It is indeed named after a Buddhist term. The next one I drank was also unreadable. It's not "O" or "Z", it's "Five"!

I am a strong sake with a very dry taste and a high concentration of sake. The label on the back of the bottle says, "I am a strong sake🍶. It is exactly as it says, but I have a feeling that some circles will scold me for the sweetness of my perversity. The saury was delicious. Past tense.

I wonder if this is a new brand in Saitama. Rumor has it that it has been capitalized and has become tastier. The brewery in Nagatoro, or rather, the direct sales area, is also stylish. If you have a car in Chichibu, please visit there. I went to Matsuzaki and saw a kura and decided to buy Nakadori-dashi after a long time. It is gorgeous and sweet without being dull. Fresh and fruity. I think it tastes so much better than the last time I drank it. It is now ranked 11th in Saitama! I feel it should spread more. I was visiting relatives on the far side of the country and missed out on eating, so I went to Junk Garage, which I had been curious about. I was surprised to see a new restaurant in a very rural area. I had mazesoba with all the toppings. The baby star, shrimp mayo, and okaka were just like junk. I forgot to take a picture of the ramen.

Day 2 with Kino. We drank sake from Aichi even though we came from the central part of Japan. It's good because it's delicious. We were supposed to be drinking with 6 people, but before we knew it, we were getting along with the table next to us. I heard they went to the third party or not. People are always in high spirits even on a weekday 😃. I was so spicy that I could barely eat a piece of the Ajisenbei I got as a gift. I gave it to my daughter, who enjoyed it very much.

Four guys went to Sanomorosugi, Chiebijin, etc. (I forgot), and at the end we went to Hidakaya and each of us drank what we liked. Next time, we will consider having the first meeting at Jingu Stadium and the second meeting at Hidakaya. ⚾️

bring-your-own party Yamae Nishiki The concept of this hanpukai is to enjoy various things in secret, but there is a lot written on the label! I'll pretend I didn't see it. This one was rated as the best. The runner-up was Amami's Banshu Aizan, which is not shown in the picture. We strolled from Kanda Myojin to Yushima Tenjin to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which is a nice course and just the right distance. I recommend it because you can have soba for lunch and finish with a drink at Ueno.

a meeting of a group of people who brought in Last year's cold wholesale It's a cheap party at a sushi restaurant, but it goes well with fish-based tsumami. It's clean and refreshing, but it tastes great. It's a delicious Junmai Daiginjo! If you expect a Daiginjo to be like water, avoid it! I went to Kanda Myojin, which I had somehow never been to before because of all the trouble at work these days. There were a lot of different groups. I'm of the group that wants VIVAN to be televised as scheduled.

A souvenir of Hiroshima from a friend. It seems to be read as "Maneki". I had an image that it made dry sake, but it was more modern and I drank it quickly. A restaurant near my office specializing in Yamagata ramen started serving cold ramen for lunch, so I went in. The soup and noodles were delicious, though a bit salty, but the coldness of the soup and noodles did not defeat the taste. The third picture is the counter of the restaurant. It is a sight for sore eyes from noon.

Kumamoto purchased sake. I imagined it to be robust, but it seems to be more fruity. Is it because it is raw? I debuted pre-salt. Yes, it is. It might be Tokumiso in winter and pre-salt in summer.

I had some business to attend to and went to Kawagoe again. It is a small Edo (small city) and is made of warehouses, but there was nothing emotional or emotional about it because it was located along the main street. It was just a normal walk around the city in the heat. I had a light drink with a friend and headed home. It was our first time to visit this restaurant, but they had a good selection of sake. My first Taisho no Tsuru is a rich food sake, the exact opposite of a summer sake. The opposite of a summer sake, it goes well with oden even in hot summer. (The mustard container is cute). The label design of the Rising series is said to represent the Chinese character for rising. It's cool. We finished with a summery spring haze.

This is the first brand I have ever had. Nice smell! Fluchy I can also recognize the muskratiness. I thought it would be more of a robust sake, but it was a modern Choki-Choki-Zu. I found this quiz on the way home. This is made from a sake cap. It seems that you are not allowed to ride with a fan either.

It has been a while since I visited the direct sales area. I remember it used to be located in the sake brewery, but the place has moved a little. I used to drink a lot, but I don't drink much anymore since liqueurs became the main drink. It is a little bit classic. It has a little bit of a twinge to it. I guess it's not so bad to keep it in the warehouse because it's a direct sale place...

Steamed food restaurant Usually I only go there once in a while because it is hard to enter because it is crowded with all women, but on this day there was no one around. We drank mainly steamed vegetables in a healthy way. It is a solid yellow liquor. I have no problem with it because I'm getting to the point where I can enjoy this type of sake as well. I think it will open up if you drink it at room temperature or warmed up. It is made with Kumamoto yeast even though it is from Toyama. I wonder why? It was interesting to see the difference when paired with Taisetsukei. The main lineup of sake was gattun-type and dry. There are only four kinds of sake, and they won't serve the next one until the first bottle is opened.
