I participated in a mahjong event at a sake bar in Shinjuku Gyoen. It was a friendly party and different from the usual Mahjong. 4 out of 16 players was lucky. The label on this sake we were given at the launch party caught my attention. It has a classic, robust flavor, and the unmatchiness with the label is unbelievable. I don't dislike the taste or the label. P.S.: The guy in the back is wearing a jacket with too much spirit.

I think I might like Akita sake lately. I often drink the four that are not from the Next Five. This Harukasumi is also easy to drink and I like it. I was feeling well and playing mahjong while playing mana-chiri.

Biwa no Sazanami. Saitama Prefecture is the sake of Moroyama. You can't read Moroyama, can you? The birthplace of Daiya Seto. It feels strange to have a local sake with an unusual label in Tokyo. Maybe next year I will go to the brewery opening.

This is my first Blue Label. It is less sweet and more refreshing than the Nabe-sama I usually drink. I don't feel the acidity, but I like the sharpness of it.

Good morning ☀️ It used to be Aizan, but now it's Yamadanishiki. But it was less than 2,000 yen, It's a very cosy sake 🤣.

Hello, Choroki-san. I looked it up and thought there was also Aiyama, but they changed it to Yamada instead of making both. Too bad 😢

Boshimaya, which is not often encountered. Nigori is even more rare and delightful. I thought it would be dry and juicy, but it ended up being sharp with acidity. Dry. It was interesting because my mouth was a little busy.

Let's drink with TOMO-san, Day 2 On the first day, we were seated in the back of the room, and we were served sake and grilled meat, but we didn't take any pictures. It was like a barbecue in a barbecue forest. On the second day, we went to Ataoka, a restaurant owned by the manager of Sake-no-wa, and were supposed to drink in a quiet manner, but instead we had a lot of fun. I'll leave a bottle of sake I've never had as a souvenir. I'm not sure if it was the same sake that he said was so good when heated up.

Famous for dragonflies! Izumi Bridge. This is the first Shizuku label. I don't really care, but I am a little confused about typing "izumibashi" and "shizuku" label. I like the acidity. I've never had a Shizuku label, so I might try to follow it up. We had a small party at a restaurant near the office, but the department next to us was holding a promotion celebration, so the atmosphere was exquisite and we drank a lot. We even got two cups of sake as a service at the end, and we were almost the last to open the bar at the counter. A good restaurant.

Once upon a time, a friend and I drank a bottle of Midorikawa to death. I will have it for the first time in decades. What's that? Was it such a modern sake? It is fresh, crisp, and delicious. I must try the normal Midorikawa.

The brewer of Wataya is a pharmacist! And this sake seems to be made from rice hitomebore, which is produced by fertilizing Wagyu dung raised with Chinese herbs. The rice was produced by Konosuke-san, who added the highest rank to his commandment and became In-den. I would not say that it tasted like Chinese herbs, but it was delicious with a rich flavor.

Low Al, however, is 13%. The label is pink and spring-like. It is also spring-like with a little bit of schwarziness. It looks like it would go well with cherry blossom viewing. It should be time for the Igarashi Sake Brewery to open their brewery. But I will be too busy this year to go.

Oboro Moonlit Night When I say Oboro, I mean Spriggan. Mahjong is in good shape. It is now up to minus double digits. I'm opening a bottle of Jukinmu so that this trend will continue forever. The sweetness at first bothers me, but the bitterness offsets it at the end, so I can drink it without getting lazy. I haven't had any Kangiku recently, but I'm glad it hasn't changed.

Mr. Miyoshikiku was at the Ikebukuro Tobu and I was able to sample a variety of his products. There was a wide variety of tastes. The fact that they can make such a wide variety of flavors means that their technology is amazing! A wide variety of labels. This is just the geek in you, right? They seem to have asked a variety of artists to create the labels. I didn't buy it because I went out for a drink afterwards and it was too much of a hassle to carry it around.

It is one of the brands that I don't touch because it is too famous. It was highly recommended to me, so I'll have it. Is this the power of Tokyo University of Agriculture? I only tried to give the impression that I understood that it was begonia-like. It was refreshing without any aroma. It is fresh and sharp.

I drank Abe because Mr. Abe was transferred. Mr. Abe was not there, though. I wanted the girly girl to say I got drunk, sweet and juicy, and I thought it was right that I drank without Mr. Abe, who is an old man. I finished off the evening with a Hachioji specialty, onion ramen with Mr. Suzuki, so I will be wearing a mask tomorrow 😷.

Mr. Manachy, the ossans are making it, so it should be ok to drink. Isn't it twice as good with girly women than with a bunch of old men drinking together? It's hard to prove, though.

It is Shinmasa at the Hachioji Hanamachi Sake Tour. The immorality of having it so close to the Hachioji Brewery. I wondered why it was so strange, but I didn't care. Of course, I also had the Hachioji Brewery! I forgot to take a picture. The chicken was delicious.
