This is another sake I bought at an antenna store in Tottori during my walk in Ginza last week😁.
When I think of Tottori, I think of Chiyomusubi, and I also bought a sake bottle from Chiyomusubi because I visited Sakaiminato 2 years ago ✨I was curious about a sake from Tottori that I haven't drunk yet, and I bought a bottle of 🐰 as I do every time 😆.
The color is light amber and the aroma is dense and sweet like brown sugar.
The mouthfeel is light and refreshing, with a dense umami flavor and a crisp, refreshing acidity, making it a light sake in total. It is matured, so tastes may differ, but I think it is a delicious sake.
I haven't had a chance to try it warmed up yet, but it would be nice to have it warmed up and enjoy it while it lasts.
Hello ichiro18😃!
Congratulations on your first Tottori sake ㊗️ 🎉You are steadily filling up the map🗾🤗.
I have an image that Tottori's dry sake is good heated 🍶😚.
Hi Jay & Nobby😃.
Thank you very much😊Yes! I don't think I'll be able to make Okinawa for a while, but I have 2 more maps to go 😁 I knew it was good heated. I'm going to try heating sake this winter ✨
Is it an original label of a sake bar in Tokyo that I sometimes visit? I'm not sure. I'm not sure. The selection is getting thicker and thicker.
The sake bar reminds me of a place in Sapporo, but this one is much more comfortable.
light and fluffy
Thin and light in the mouth
Goes on like water
Cute mushroom bouquet label 🍄.
Easy to drink with some sweetness
Might be a little lacking for those who like super sake
I thought it was delicious though
7/10
I wonder if I have ever had Suwaizumi before.
It is a delicious sake with a strong umami flavor and aroma, but I had no image of it as a Tottori Prefecture sake.
It is a light sake with 15% alcohol by volume. I wonder if I have ever had it before.
Warmed. The sweetness and umami of the rice, with the firmness and softness of jungin, makes it a good heated sake.
I wish more restaurants in Nagoya would carry this brand.
Sweet and sour, cold and room temperature 112111
Slightly smoky with a strong mouthfeel
Sake that has been stored and matured for 3 years in the brewery.
☆
Today is a rest day, but...
I'm getting my first kijoshu as an aperitif 😳✨
It's a sake with a Sake strength of -63
I thought it would be very sweet
It has acidity, this rosé color and 12% alcohol by volume.
If you don't know it's a sweet wine ‼️🍷
It's delicious but I can't drink a lot of sweet wine
I can't drink a lot of sweet wine, so I'm going to drink it on my day off.
I think I'll drink it all 🍀* 🍀🍷 on a day off.
I always thought it was a noble wine, but I guess it's not.

Otona no Sake Gakuin Trip (1)
I went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies. There are 18 sake breweries in Tottori Prefecture (please let us know if we are wrong). I have already had Zuisen, Hiokizakura, Takayuu, Inadahime, Kumezakura, and Chiyomusubi, so there are 12 breweries left. Let's go for it!
Yonago Station
After purchasing a copy of the San'in Meishu Meguri Inaba Hen, I boarded a train bound for Kurayoshi on the San'in Honsen Line. The first bottle is Suwaizumi.
The first bottle was Suwaizumi 🍶, which has an aroma of rice and a bitter taste. 100ml is not enough for me 🤭.
Hello, Attached Mourning God 🐦.
Such a cute set? I didn't know there was such a thing ❣️ I thought it was just right for a little bit so I could compare the drinks, but there were 3 plastic cups 😳I guess it wasn't enough for you guys 😁.
Good morning, Pon, good morning 🍶.
Yes, it is. I finished it in one bite 😅 There is also an Izumo version, so if you have a chance, please do. But the Sanin Line is very bumpy, so be careful when drinking!
Purchased as a souvenir from last week's trip.
Drank a lot during the trip and bought different types.
Firm yellow color.
Sense of maturity. Shiitake mushroom-like aroma.
Firm acidity.
It seems to linger, but it is quite refreshing.
