I've been curious about Matsu Midori's S.TOKYO for a while.
Although it tasted a little sweet, it was a sake that could be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink.
It is refreshing and delicious on the rocks.
First, cold sake. Fresh and fruity for a fire-aged sake 😳Warm up and it's sweet and delicious! Tastes like when you warm up a fresh ripe type of sake!
Both are delicious and a great value sake 😙.

It seems to be a popular local sake in Kanagawa Prefecture, and I happened to find it and bought it.
It came in a box and was gorgeous, but the price was about 2100.
It is sweet but with a refreshing sweetness, and has a kind of beautiful taste. It doesn't interfere with meals and I can keep drinking it. Delicious👍
Delicious, I feel a solid taste but do not feel peculiar, easy to drink even for beginners and even for those who drink well, delicious sake with a good flavor.
A special junmai nama sake made with Matsu Midori's first kitashizuku. Timely, this morning I learned about the development of Kitashizuku from an audio clip I was listening to on my commute to work that was inspired by the Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery in Hokkaido. Apparently, depending on how it is made, Kitashizuku can be either mellow or refreshing.
It has a mild apple aroma, which is unusual for pine midori. The taste is clear, with acidity and astringency at the forefront. However, there is an instant sweetness on the attack, and the core has a strong rice flavor. I was very impressed by this new taste of my favorite Matsumidori.
Hmmm...what? But this was sold as a summer sake, but that doesn't mean we lost that favorite summer jun-dai, does it?
Hello, palm farmer😃!
Pine Midori! We've been wondering about it 🤔 but the liquor store that sells it is too far away and we haven't been able to drink it yet 🥲Kochira looks delicious too 😋I'm curious about that Summer Jun Dai too!
Hi Jay & Nobby. I heard that Matsumidori is expanding its sales channels recently, so I hope it will become cheaper to purchase. I look forward to the Summer Jun Dai every year because it is inexpensive and delicious. I hope it will be available again this year...
The unique aroma of nama-shu is pleasant.
It is pleasant to drink and has a very refreshing taste that does not linger.
It is perfect with bonito sashimi and Thai carpaccio 👌.
The rice used for the sake is Kitashizuku. This is the first time for me.
Polishing ratio is 60%.
Nice sake for early summer.
I have always been curious,
Matsu Midori S.tokyo in my hometown of Kanagawa.
We met for the first time as a GW sake.
I had always thought it was very sweet until last year's series,
I was a little worried because I read your review that it was very sweet until last year's series.
When I opened the bottle, I found it had a mild sweetness like honey, but it was not as sweet as I expected,
There is also acidity, with the sweet and sour spreading out in a fluffy way,
The sweet and acidity spreads out and disappears nicely. Delicious.
Not many sakes from Kanagawa Prefecture have this type of sweetness. It is a type of sake with a modern taste.
It was well received by my family and we enjoyed it with our meal.
It is strong and dry, but the umami of the rice comes slowly, and you can't help but drink it.
This is an orthodox sake that makes you want to whisper "delicious" in a stiff tone.
