The name of the dish has cherry blossoms in it, so I will have it because it is in season. I thought the waiter was crazy because he brought it to me while saying "wee wee wee wee", but I heard it is written "first time" and read as "wee wee wee". So I enjoyed it while saying "wiwiwiwi". It was fun.

The owner of the restaurant was accompanied by a drink given to him by a customer. Lucky me! Even if it's expensive, it's still zak 🎶. What a waste of money for a taste buds 👅.

Nochi-san, you're drinking ee-saku-sama 🎶! I'd like to drink it, but it's too expensive 😅

Good evening, ma-ki - If you come across such a good drink so early, it will be hard to raise the level after that! That may be the entrance to the swamp. Let's drink good wine together, no matter who you are!

T.KISO, I know you like it 👍Thanks to the owner's friend. I would like you to taste this bottle. If you have a chance, please do!

This is actually the first time I have had this sake, even though it is a major sake sold in supermarkets in the Kanto area. I didn't drink it on my trip to Iwate. I think I had put it off because even though it is a major brewery, I have never heard of it having a good or bad reputation. I now think that the fact that there are no bad stories about it makes it great, doesn't it? I'm thinking about it now. I drank it for the first time and it is just as I was under the impression. It is perfect as a junmai sake. It's just normal and easy to drink. A sense of security. It is not overbearing. This sake should be sold in supermarkets. It is a good sake.

It was raining and I had nothing to do, so I joined the Hachioji Hanamachi Sake Tour. I think it is a good event to be able to enter stores that are difficult to see because of the lack of glass doors, or stores that are too high up for visitors to enter. The store owners seemed to have a lot of work to do. The first restaurant we entered was, of course, a ramen shop where we could drink. I wanted to go there once, so I was glad to know the atmosphere.

I'll have a Hirotogawa for the many things that happened in March. My daughter bought me a Starbucks. I started a big project at work. The beginning of a year and a half of hell 😭 Cherry blossoms bloomed 🌸 Eldest daughter got a job and joined a new company 😀. My second daughter entered university 😃. My mother had a car accident. My mom had an accident with her car and it was scrapped. I'm glad she is safe 😅. I'm glad she's okay 😅. I got a parking ticket. In front of my brother's garage 😵. My eldest daughter was discharged from the hospital after her surgery. The follow-up is good and I'm happy 🥳. Hirotogawa was manachiri with various healing delicacies. It is as expected. I hope the next year will be a calm year. I also made it to the end of the year for the special miso korocha & butter. Butter goes well with spicy miso 🍜.

Spring Haze, famous for its krillin I opened a bottle for my relatives who couldn't come on the middle day of the far bank of Japan. This is what local sake is supposed to be like. It's not so conspicuous, but it's nice to drink slowly.

The sake we drank on the far shore. I was going to stop with just beer, but my ancestors wanted to drink it, so it turned out to be sake. Or rather, my brother brought it from the cellar on his own. I'll forgive him for being a kind brother. Nandoro. It's so good! As expected of a daiginjo. It might have been a limited edition of a liquor store. I'm going to Aoyama today to get some Utage, but I have to work in the morning. If you see someone who looks like a salaryman drinking, please comfort him gently.

I heard it is read as "Chibitagawa". Can you read it 😆? It is a sake that was purchased at the Niigata Sake-no-jin, so I will have it. This sake also has a strong taste. But it has a sweetness that makes it easy to drink. This may be the first time I've had a special honjozo sake.
