Sake brought in by the owner.
Pop label. The truth is that I was too drunk to remember much. I remember it was cloudy and had a different fizziness, but I couldn't tell which was which.
I found a Ghost in the Shell beer 🍺 I had to drink it. It was a white beer.
Inspired by Manta's "Kinmedai Ramen," I ran to a ramen shop near Oyama Shoten. The seared sea bream was delicious and the dashi broth was amazing! There was also dashi chazuke, but I decided not to try it this time.
Hello Nochi ^_^
The kinmedai ramen here looks very delicious, with lots of ingredients such as char siu pork and ear bamboo shoots. ☺️
I bet the dashi chazuke is delicious too!
Hi Nochi 🐦.
The three sisters, the one I wanted all of them but couldn't get because of the cute labels - I like that they're all here ❣️
I love that it's a big slice of sea bream 😻
Summer Nigorinpik 86
Continuing from yesterday, we had summer nigori, Hatada ⭐️ squash against the Ramune label 😀.
Actually, this sake is from a brewery we visited last year on a tour organized by Kyukura on the day of the Shiga brewery opening, but we couldn't bring it home due to the limited number of bottles 😀.
The sake is made by second fermentation in the bottle from re-fermented mash that is squeezed in a wooden vat🤣.
It tasted like... an adult banana squash 😇.
Yesterday's Ramune Label was a transparent sake, but this one was a fruity squash with a sweet and sour banana taste... delicious 😇.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
Unfortunately I couldn't make it this year, but I also enjoyed last year's sake brewery festival in Shiga😇.
I wonder if they had this sake at this year's sake brewery festival ❓🤣.
Shiga Prefecture. Koka City. Fujimoto Sake Brewery Co.
KAMIKAI Re-jozo-shikomi SPARKLING
I found this bottle in the half-price corner at a liquor store, and bought it immediately at half price, thinking that it would be OK if it was one year old, as the brewery is the pride of the Kansai region.
Let me show you what a real perverted brewery can do.
We will drink it cold.
Even after a year, when I opened it, bubbles came up and it took me 5 minutes to open and close it.
I really hope they don't use blue bottles for sparkling or fizzy sake because it's hard to see the bubbles coming up.
It is indeed sparkling, but I thought it might not be as shwashy...
Wow, that's amazing.
It's so shwashy.
The color is milky white with a faint yellowish tinge.
The top aroma is apple-like.
The mouthfeel has a squishy feeling and is slightly carbonated.
The taste is not as sweet as the sake level, but has a mild sweet bitterness that is impressive. The aftertaste is bitter and bitter like grapefruit.
It was unique and delicious, even for half the price 😋.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), sake (domestic)
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio:70%.
Alcohol content: 16%.
Sake meter: -30
Acidity: 2.6
Aroma full of sweetness. Sweet mouthfeel just like the aroma. Is this a Korean idol? It is so delicious that you want to rush in and say, "Korean idol! Mayonnaise seems to go well with it.
This sake is from the Fujimoto Sake Brewery in Mizuguchi, Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. It's been a while since I've had a sake from Shiga Prefecture. My wife's parents live near this brewery, but this is the first time I've heard of it 😅. It's not a very aromatic sake, but it's easy to drink, with a good amount of acidity and sweetness.
It's close to my family's home, so I'll definitely buy some when I go there. ‼️
