I was curious about the label because it was so oceanic, so I bought it!
I found out that the label was designed by Kyoto Women's University 🤔.
It is made with Association 77 yeast, which is a high malic acid producing yeast, and has a sweet aroma of apples and lychee-like flavor.
When you take a sip, the sweetness spreads in your mouth, not as much as the flavor, and then the sourness passes 😋.
It is truly "sweet and sour", but the freshness combined with the slight effervescence makes it a delicious sake that is not sake in the good sense of the word!
Even my wife, who is not a fan of sake, praised sake for the first time, saying "this is delicious" 🥳.
I would recommend this sake to those who are new to sake and to those who don't drink much.
Hi, Afio 😃.
This is so fancy that even we 🤣 who have a good eye for painting might pick it up 😁I'll be very happy if I win a taste for buying labels 🤗.

I was a little confused by the name of the yeast on the front and the label, but it was my first brand and not a low alcohol one, so I gave it a try.
(There are a lot of low-alcohol brands with a classical body these days.)
A little sweet, mild aroma, but lingering aftertaste.
But it is easy to drink.
After the second day, the sweetness gradually becomes less and less.
After tasting five or six kinds of sake at a sake exhibition, a staff member recommended "Shinkai SPARKLING Nabekanmuri" to me, saying that he would bring something interesting.
The label is cute in a pop style.
It was brewed with a yeast that produces a lot of malic acid and second fermentation in the bottle. Perfect for summer with its crisp acidity and low alcohol content (10%)!
[Eldest daughter]
The aroma of gorgeous fruit and acidity spread, and the taste was like a deep fruit wine, light and tangy.
[Second daughter]
More free-spirited than the eldest, like a lactobacillus drink, with a slightly stronger acidity and sweetness.
[Third daughter]
Less than her older sisters, it has a good balance of sourness and sweetness, and it's so tight that you might end up drinking it without realizing it.
Purchased at a roadside station along Lake Biwa.
The price is about 1400 yen for a four-gassed bottle.
A souvenir from last month's trip to Lake Biwa.
It has a very Japanese sake-like flavor and is dry.
Shiga's sake is the best.
We will enjoy it with the live broadcast of the Tenjin Festival.
Sake brought in by the owner.
Pop label. The truth is that I was too drunk to remember much. I remember it was cloudy and had a different fizziness, but I couldn't tell which was which.
I found a Ghost in the Shell beer 🍺 I had to drink it. It was a white beer.
Inspired by Manta's "Kinmedai Ramen," I ran to a ramen shop near Oyama Shoten. The seared sea bream was delicious and the dashi broth was amazing! There was also dashi chazuke, but I decided not to try it this time.
Hello Nochi ^_^
The kinmedai ramen here looks very delicious, with lots of ingredients such as char siu pork and ear bamboo shoots. ☺️
I bet the dashi chazuke is delicious too!
Hi Nochi 🐦.
The three sisters, the one I wanted all of them but couldn't get because of the cute labels - I like that they're all here ❣️
I love that it's a big slice of sea bream 😻
Hello, Hanapin-san, I can't resist the thick ramen when it's hot like this. I am getting weaker with age. The broth from the sea bream was very assertive and tasty. There was also crab ramen, so I will try it next time.
Manta-san Good morning. I was surprised to see the proper ingredients. My own image of sea bream ramen was Manta ramen or lobster ramen by the sea. I might be a little bit addicted to it.
Good morning, GoonyiGo-san. The Motoko beer was delicious. It was a light white beer. I hope there will be more beers like Batou's black beer and Togusa's ale. It's a bit expensive though.
Good morning, Pon-chan. I have never seen Nabe-kanmuri before, but it is interesting with its pop and catchy label. I have a lot of questions about why the pot is covered, but it was interesting to compare the difference between the two.
Hello, Nochi-san. Batou and Togusa's 🍺 are uke 🤣.
I am looking forward to the Senjutsu Super Offensive Shell Orion Beer 🍺.
But only those who know Shirow Masamune will understand...
Good evening, Mr. Nochi. I have a story about Sake-no-wa. 21 years ago, there were 3 issues of SAC2045 commemorating the release of SAC2045: Motoko ver, Batou ver and Tachikoma ver. I wonder if anyone has uploaded them to Sakewa....
