Suminoe after a long time I asked for it because the turtle mouth and tortoise shell design are quite good sense. The brand name is just as I imagined and it gives me a sense of security. The ALL Suwa honkin was sweet, so it was just right for me.

I'm taking a training course and have a stack of assigned reading. I'm reading on the train, not playing with my phone. I think it's a smart appeal🧐, but I almost always fall asleep. Probably my first brand. It's a leafy freshness, maybe pulled by the label. I thought the flavor was a bit peculiar. Ramen I had near the training location. I was worried about the unusual ingredients, salmon roe and cucumber, but they matched the tai-dashi ramen better than I expected 😊.

I have been ordered to attend a training course, which will ruin my precious weekends. I'm tired because I have to use my head, which I don't usually use 😓. I gave the impression that I was doing a lot of work, but about half of it is sleep study. So, I'm going to switch my mind to mahjong mode with the Inokashira that I received. I drank it with a clear, thin, and refreshing acid. It seems I didn't switch over well, and I lost a rag. I'm hoping for a good night's entertainment in Fukuoka, Mr. MAJ♪ This is the seafood-based Jiro-style ramen that Setagaya is doing. It was delicious with tender chashu pork and garlic guts. At home, I am reverting to beer at first.

I was curious because the owner told me not to because it didn't look like Ryuriki. This is the first time I have tasted Ryuriki's original sake rice, Shinryu Nishiki. On the label, an "X" is formed by shining golden ears of rice. It has three meanings: "multiply: X," "unknown: X," and "shenlon: Xenlon. Because. It's cool! It looks like. Well, I do think it's clearer than the usual dragon power, but I may recommend it, don't you? I don't think so.

This is the sake that was recommended to me as a good first drink. I don't often choose Kouei Kiku because of its spped image, but if it is recommended to me, I am a little person who can't refuse. Ramune. A mature Ramune. It tastes bitter rather than sour. It is a toast of summer. Saga Hagakure Yeast is like Naruto, or so I thought. It is a secret between us that I thought Noon on the menu was a misprint for Moon.

Labels I've never seen before. Reading the back label, I see they have changed their policy since last year. Fresh and juicy. It also has a nice light cloudy feel. It doesn't have an Omachi-like feel, so is it insufficient for omatists? I'm not an omatist, so I enjoyed it.

Sake from Kochi that I was curious about I got it at King! There was another type of sweet sake, but I chose the Tokujun over the Junmai Daiginjo. It was a good choice. It was Kochi and refreshing, but it was dry and good with umami and sweetness. Not too Kochi, not too sweet, I would like to try many kinds of sake.

I don't drink craft sake very often, but I do drink a little bit of Hanakaze. I also drink ayamane because it is my hometown. I think local sake is losing out to craft sake. I think we need to open up sake like we do beer. This heartbeat is bitter. It is greeful. I thought that bitterness is good for you. It is a nigger, but strangely it goes well with soy sauce and miso. Personally, I preferred the normal Hanafu. P.S. On the second day, the bitterness mellows out and becomes gentle and nice, and the flavor increases.

The last day of rainy GW. Here are tears of me and kino. who keeps losing at mahjong. Thankfully, you can lick it. Akita sake! Actually, I don't remember buying this Junmai Daiginjo. When did I buy it? Maybe it's because I'm old, but I can't remember. That's why I'm so frugal. It's not too sweet, or almost no sweetness at all? It's refreshing but has a refined umami flavor. It was brewed very well. It's like an Akita beauty, isn't it? I don't know. I wish I could meet an Akita beauty.

Making rice seedlings🌾. The machine was not working well, so we spread the rice by hand. Oh, what a hassle. It rained a little, so it was a mess. We drank sake that my father got from a friend. I was worried because it was stored at room temperature, but it tasted fruity and delicious. The name of the wine is a little bit off-putting, but it tastes good, so I'm not worried about it.

A 4-day weekend is not Golden Week! It's going to be hard for me to work my normal 5-day weekend! I wish they would at least start calling it Golden from 5 consecutive holidays. I wish the media would try to keep their expressions in line with the times. Pumphump😡. Nakanori. The label looks like a Bon Odori, but it arrived so I'm going to drink it. Last year's was good, but this year's is good too, fruity but not sticky. It's important not to be sticky, isn't it? On Children's Day, my daughters went out, so I went to Yamaoka by myself. I made my debut with special miso and back fat, but I think I am too old to try the normal miso with garlic and spicy miso. Chashu pork and butter are for special occasions, right?

Hidakami Drinking Comparison Yamada Nishiki has its roots in Watanabune No. 2 and Yamadaho. We often hear which one is the father and which one is the mother, but it means stamen and pistil, right? Personally, I prefer Watabune because it has a better balance of sweetness and acidity. Yamadaho is a bit thin. However, we had it at a sushi restaurant, and when it comes to fish, it is Hidakami. I couldn't go wrong with either one.

Shinshu secret sake hanpukai I ordered again this year. We will start with Kurosawa. The label is green, so it doesn't look like Kurosawa. It's more like a delicious astringent acidity. Bida is the name of the district, isn't it? I have been drinking a lot of Houou Mita, but this is the first time I learned about it! So it is Houou Mita. They seem to be using the resurrected rice Aikoku a lot lately, but unfortunately I don't seem to be very good at it. I think my impression might change if I drink it warmed up, so maybe I'll give it a try next time.

There was a limited edition sake from a Hokkaido brewery, so I will have it. I wonder if it's okay that it was served at a drinking fountain? It is not sticky and goes well with all kinds of food. However, I don't feel like drinking it on purpose when I go out for a drink, so in a way it was nice to be able to drink it at a drinking place.
