The sake brewed with water from a well dug in the Horimai area, where the brewery is located, was so delicious that they named it "Horinoi," which means "sake made from Horimai well water. Shiwa Town, where the brewery is located, is said to be the birthplace of the Nanbu Touji clan.
A slightly sweet green tea aroma. A dry sake with a gradually spreading flavor. Legs are not noticeable at all.
The flower-patterned cup looks like something I've seen somewhere, but it seems to be Horinoi's cup of lily of the valley sake.

Takahashi Sake Brewery is located in Shiwa-gun. Its representative brand is Horinoi, named after the famous Horime no Iido (Horime well).
◉Horinoi Yamakita Junmai Daiginjo
Aroma: Sweet, almost burnt, with a very rich flavor. The flavor is very rich. The sweetness is clear and not too thick. It's also my favorite and extremely tasty. I kept saying "umami" over and over again.
This is a brand named after the store name, and is a Junmai Daiginjo made with the highest quality rice, "Yunokou".
It seemed to be the best sake.

I've bought Horinoi at an antenna store when I started Sake-no-wa.
It seems that some liquor stores in the Kansai region have it in stock, but it's hard to get a hold of it since they all sell it in 1-sho bottles...
I thought Ginkonga Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake would be a good price!

It's juicy, sweet, and delicious.

Slightly cider-like aroma and a very small amount of gassy freshness. It was sharp with a hint of sourness.
