GW Tohoku Tour Purchases (7)
I bought this at Ishidoriya Roadside Station 😀.
The taste is gentle on the palate😊Sourness? It's a bit sour but easy to drink 😚 It's a bit sweet but refreshing😇.
Today I had Tenho, a local ramen of Nagano prefecture 😋 I had the meat fried ramen🍜 and gyoza🥟😘The light ramen and gyoza went well together🥳Next I will try the dandanmen😙.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌃😀 😀
After the holidays, Corona 🦠~Kanji~Nagano business trip, I'm accumulating Tohoku tour sake 😊I want to drink sake from Suwa, but I want to post Tohoku tour sake first ✨🥳.
I was the only one in Tohoku who had not checked in for Iwate sake, so I was able to purchase Horinoi, which I happened to meet at my usual Asahiya sake store.
Overall, the sake is easy to drink and has no habits. It is not a refreshing sake, but rather it rolls on the tongue. It has a full flavor.
The alcohol content of 17% is high for a sake that is made from pure rice, but it does not make you feel that way.
At 3,520 yen for 50% polished rice, it is a bargain.
Today we will enjoy it with bonito sashimi from Katsuura, where we stopped by after camping.
The owner's lecture is gospel to me.
I see, it is not an aroma that wafts to the nose, but a fragrance that reaches the nostrils by holding it in the mouth.
Thankfully, the owner's words became a device to connect my undeveloped sake brain synapses.
It's been a long time since I've had a draft sake.
Mellow, aromatic and easy to drink.
Slightly sweet taste, which I like.
Repeater number one! I was attracted by the pop-up sign that said "No. 1 repeat customer" and it was a great decision.
.
Sake rice: Ginga
Polishing ratio: 50
Hometown Tax Payment (3) Iwate Prefecture
Refreshing acidity, no bitterness.
Flavor is mild, in between sweet and spicy,
The sharpness is quite weak!
