A izakaya YouTuber introduced it in a new sake feature. This is my first brand. Cold sake Fresh aroma like muscat. Smooth taste with soft water. Juicy sweetness spreads gently. Refreshing aftertaste It was a perfect match with the bonito tataki as described in the description.

Whenever I go to Kurume for business, I always stop by this liquor store. I had a chance to talk with Mr. Shibata, the toji (master brewer), the month before last, so I bought a bottle. Cold sake Gorgeous fruity aroma of apples and pears. Sharp and light acidity characteristic of Kido Refreshing and crisp. Very elegant taste. The volume of the Kido I've had so far is not too bad.

I've finished all the hiyaoroshi I bought this year in previous posts, but before you know it, it's time for new sake! A season that I hate in a way because it requires refrigeration and the fridge fills up quickly 😂. And the chosen one is Nanada's newest top of the line, Ihyakumangoku Nama! Cold sake The aroma is subdued. The aroma is subdued, with the lightness of Gohyakumangoku Roughness of unfiltered sake It has the umami of medium-hard water brewing unique to Shichida. It goes well with Japanese food such as grilled fish.

This is my first brand. Urasato, an image that many people (especially of nigori) have posted in Sake-no-wa. I finally had a chance to drink it 😊. Cold sake Gentle banana-like aroma. Fruity but without that much width and depth Clear and crisp aftertaste. The sharp lightness characteristic of Miyamanishiki is healthy. After a few days, the acidity gradually spreads.

Purchased at a liquor store I visited a liquor store for the first time in a long time, and after much deliberation, I chose Atago no Matsu, which is written in kanji characters and which I had never drunk before. Cold sake Banana-like mellow aroma. Good umami and a nice sharp taste No alkali taste characteristic of honjozo. Light and easy to drink as a mid-meal drink.

Purchased at a liquor store This is probably the last hiyaoroshi of this year! And it is the most delicious hiyaoroshi of the year 😋. At Hiyayoroshi Mild aroma with dried fruit-like aroma Smooth mouthfeel Roundness and depth with a sense of maturity Taste is not that heavy Deep aftertaste When warmed up, it has a well-balanced taste of strength and mellowness. It has a long lingering aftertaste.

A friend of mine went to visit Motoyama Shoten's sake brewery and bought this as a souvenir. Kibotsuru is one of the Saga breweries that tend to be rich in flavor and sweet in taste. I hope it spreads in Fukuoka as well since it's not widely available there 😂. Hiyade Good sake aroma. Mellow but not heavy Not too sweet, which is characteristic of soju Taste that you will not get tired of drinking Gentle taste when warmed to lukewarm Ideal as an in-dinner drink

Purchased at an Antenna Shop in Northern Tohoku They were having a new sake fair in Akita, so I chose Taiheizan, which I had never had before. I chose Taiheizan, which I had never had before. Cold sake. Subdued aroma Mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink. Fresh, but with an impressive acidity characteristic of the traditional sake making and a lingering aftertaste after drinking. The image is that of a calm but affectionate sake, rather than a quiet and sturdy sake with a strong kamishimo style.

Low acidity and very floral. Clear, but you may feel the strength of new sake. You will not get tired of drinking it.

I bought it at a department store because they were having a tasting. When I was in Osaka, I had a lot of help(?) at an izakaya. Kiku Masamune's new brand Hyakumoku I was curious about it because I heard it was only available in Hyogo Prefecture, but I was able to get it when I found out they started selling it nationwide last year! I tasted Junmai Daiginjo and Alt.3, but I chose Junmai Ginjo for its cost performance! Cold sake. Refreshing lactic acidity of calpis and a rich caramel-like aroma! Slight acidity. Rich pressure but with a clean aftertaste. It goes well with light dishes such as French cuisine, as well as dishes with a slightly strong flavor using soy sauce.

Cold Sake Juicy pear-like aroma with a buttery richness. Full and rich on the palate. I bought it at a liquor store in Kokura station when I went to Kokura. It was my first brand and I had wanted to try it for a long time 😋. Cold sake. Tropical fruit and melon aroma. This is a mellow sweet sake! It has the acidity of Yamahai, but it rounds out as you drink it. There are many types of Yamahai, but this one is not very lively and has a very clear taste. I paired it with Chinese food and it went well with it.
